In The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

Starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, Chris Cooper, Paul Giamatti, Colm Feore, Sally Field, and Chris Zylka, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is out now!

Looks awesome, odd facial expression though. The base is garbage.
third3ye - 6/3/2014, 12:44 PM
Yeah, no thanks. Character sucks too much to want a figure of it.
antman8o8 - 6/3/2014, 12:45 PM

And [frick] you too Josh.

I had no problem aith Foxx's performance as Electro. He serves his purpose as being a side introductory villain and that's all it was. I didn't expect his performance to be as big/memorable as Doc Ocks or Green Goblin from Raimi's franchise. It was a fun ride and Spidey did almost get his a** handed to him big time. If people can get over Trevor as the Mandarin (before they decided to change it) Foxx's Electro should be a breeze.
TheRationalNerd - 6/3/2014, 12:49 PM
*almost got*
Mrcool210 - 6/3/2014, 12:50 PM
Trolling as always Josh. Classy. Its always so funny.
ClobberPot - 6/3/2014, 12:50 PM
Josh, you sad, pathetic excuse for...whatever you are, not a journalist or a blogger. Why don't you do something that takes effort Josh, actually create something original, then we can all crap on it with snarky comments from our Mom's basement?
Hazelnut624 - 6/3/2014, 12:51 PM
I really hope we get a Goblin figure.
n1ghtw1ng2832 - 6/3/2014, 12:51 PM
It's a [frick]ing movie and people really need to stop taking this shit so seriously. The movie was awesome btw! Haha!
Mrcool210 - 6/3/2014, 12:52 PM
How Josh looks at his computer right now.
SuperCat - 6/3/2014, 12:52 PM
Lmao!!!!!!!! I got big love for you, Josh!!
SuperCat - 6/3/2014, 12:54 PM
Looks just like the sh*tty character from the movie.
JamesMan - 6/3/2014, 12:55 PM
Damn fine looking figure.
santoanderson - 6/3/2014, 12:56 PM
Why bother? Seriously. The screwed up this character even more than Tim Story screwed up Dr Doom. The character sucked.
LAsBruceWayne - 6/3/2014, 12:56 PM
Watched it again. This is the film we look back on and think it was not nearly as bad as thought of. My brother who isn't really a CBM fan watched and loved the movie. But he even said there was just too much going on. This movie was entertaining , & ended on an emotional peak that hasn't been reached by any spidey films. The Gwen STacey seen got an " Oh SHIT" " moment & " GG is badass" from my "usually hates everything" Brother...Haters suck it. Why can't we enjoy popcorn CBM's anymore?

AC1 - 6/3/2014, 12:59 PM
"All six of you"

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold up a sec, buddy!

There's seven of us.
Dinotron - 6/3/2014, 1:00 PM
Remember when he was first given the suit? Or when it was made specifically for him? I though it was so cool on how the developed the reason behind his costume! Remember guys?? Remember????
BANEofExistence - 6/3/2014, 1:01 PM
just give us a days of future past 70's Magneto, Xavier, WOlverine, Mystique and Beast and we will be happy... We r getting crappy Rhino and crappy Electro from a crappy CBM but so far no confirmation for an amazing CBM
KelvTwelve - 6/3/2014, 1:03 PM
That's not really fair, everyone on the internet seems to hate it but everyone of me and my friends really enjoyed it.

So yeah all 6 of us.
Nivekian - 6/3/2014, 1:03 PM
Jesus, you can't even do one ASM2 article without trolling? Really mature & professional...

Who would want to own one of the worst cbm supervillains of all time? Seems like a waste that they even put these in production.
Mike89 - 6/3/2014, 1:06 PM
looks just as shitty as he looked in the movie.

KelvTwelve - 6/3/2014, 1:07 PM
I know Marc Webb wanted to make Electro a mirror of Peter Parker gone wrong (similar to the MTV Spider-Man rendition of the character), but yeah he came off more creepy and weird than anything else. I rewatched Chronicle lately, which coincidentally stars Harry Osborn himself, taking a role of a guy who's life mirrored Peter Parker - but went wrong when he got his powers.

I know copying Chronicle word for word probably wouldn't have been good for Electro. But that's what they were trying to do, so why not?

Why isn't Max Landis writing these movies? Why get the Star Trek people to rewrite the original storyline?

@joshwilding well I guess with those numbers some folks like Tasm 2 lol. Oh and I loved how you Shit on Tasm 2 second weekend drop but said nothing about dofp having a 64.1% drop which was the largest second weekend drop out of any comicbook movie this year. Stay consistent partner and you'll be more respected.
EpitomeofAwesome - 6/3/2014, 1:10 PM
I’ve come to love this movie, flaws and all. It’s a good movie, even if you just watch it for the action (which is awesome.) They didn’t try to go out and make “Citizen Kane”, they just wanted to make some cool action, sprinkled with emotion. Enjoy it for what it is
blackandyellow - 6/3/2014, 1:11 PM
Hilarious shit, Josh. Well done.
Ramiel - 6/3/2014, 1:13 PM
Is Josh still butthurt about TASM2?
dethpillow - 6/3/2014, 1:15 PM
Emma Stone is probably so happy this movie is over with.

i wonder if she ever sees Andrew Garfield in their house or apartment, and just sees him and almost pukes.

maybe. who knows?
blackandyellow - 6/3/2014, 1:15 PM

You should just find every comment you disagree with and report it. That's what you do best.
Faris - 6/3/2014, 1:16 PM
Why the frick are there veins on Electro's costume? What's the logic behind that???
TheRealRemyLebeau - 6/3/2014, 1:18 PM
There is nothing wrong with this figure. It looks just like Jamie's Electro.
Sephit - 6/3/2014, 1:19 PM

That's the thing though, if you just watch it for the action, you'll be disappointed because although the action is awesome, there simply isn't enough action in the film.
