• With the fates of two human beings placed in her hands, Pinch is faced with a decision that may haunt her for the rest of her life.
• That is, unless Wolverine and his S.H.I.E.L.D. cavalry can reach her in time.
• Classic Sabretooth, still finds time to mess with Logan, even while he's busy trying to remake the world in his image.

Snotzo - 8/11/2014, 4:16 AM

loki668 - 8/11/2014, 4:20 AM
Until the next, inevitable resurrection.

Logan is the best there is at what he does. But what he does is wax rhapsodic.
manofsteel1942 - 8/11/2014, 4:30 AM
I hope when they bring him back it's the real Wolverine and not this crybaby, Oprah watching, estrogen freebasing, dill-hole Wolverine.
WOLVERINEDECADE - 8/11/2014, 4:33 AM
I'm still a Wolverine fan until now, but as much as I hate to admit it, i'm no longer interested with what they're doing with him recently, much less this so-called "last Wolverine story". I started losing interest when Marvel introduced Daken as his son, then everything went downhill from there.
ManCalledSting - 8/11/2014, 4:58 AM
God I hate the cramming of the movieverse into 616.
ManCalledSting - 8/11/2014, 4:59 AM
I bet he doesn't die.
InfiniteMonkey - 8/11/2014, 5:20 AM
F*CKER isn't dead yet? Damn.
Desrow - 8/11/2014, 5:29 AM
This is terrible.
ckal - 8/11/2014, 5:32 AM
Lol wtf? I thought Wolverine was supposed to die months ago??
ralfinader - 8/11/2014, 5:37 AM
Art is not my fave at all, and dialogue sucks. So does Fury 2.
jasonicus - 8/11/2014, 5:38 AM
So there's a white Nick Fury and a black Nick Fury in the comics right now. Has this ever been explained?
chacha07 - 8/11/2014, 6:04 AM
How do you think they bring him back?
CerealKiller - 8/11/2014, 6:26 AM
@jasonicus

Black nick fury is nick fury jr. He's white nick fury's son. Was introduced to bring some correlation between movies and mainstream. They also brought coulson into the mainstream universe as fury jr's best friend and fellow agent

Samurai 7 is ill. These last two years of Wolverine comics are not.
ckal - 8/11/2014, 6:40 AM
@cerealkiller

Is he Nick's adopted son?
duncboy - 8/11/2014, 6:53 AM
So Nick Fury watches Anime in his free time? Riggggghtttt
Alfredo27 - 8/11/2014, 6:56 AM
A fitting in dying while killing Sabertooth. Im sure both we be resurrected by Apocalypse next year just in time for the movie.
slickrickdesigns - 8/11/2014, 7:23 AM
Yeah die and resurrect… The Jesus of Marvel.
blackandyellow - 8/11/2014, 7:54 AM
A minority will take the name of Wolverine.

Female Thor
Black Captain America
Muslim Ms. Marvel
Hispanic Ghost Rider

I'm guessing Asian Wolverine is next.
ralfinader - 8/11/2014, 7:59 AM
@blackandyellow - Rogan, the Worveline.
rabid - 8/11/2014, 8:22 AM
He's not going to die. He's going to get sucked into that alternate dimension that Sabretooth found.
hAsTe - 8/11/2014, 8:30 AM
Can't say I'm a fan of Woods, but it still looks way better than what Humberto Ramos does. Ugh his art is atrocious. Sorry Judy can't get into it.
GirlRage - 8/11/2014, 8:40 AM
Yeah, I hope they don't kill him in some lack luster way. Batman and Captain America 'died' but really just went through time. If they do something along those lines where he is removed and perceived as dead but not really then I think that would be cool. They do this thing with our emotions like when a family member is sick and dying and you haven't seen them in awhile is stirs up interest in their lives again. I feel like Marvel does this to me every few months a 'Family member is sick come visit'.
BlackWarrior - 8/11/2014, 9:08 AM
@ckal, no He is Nick Fury's actual son. He inherited the infinity formula. Think the comic series all this is revealed is called Battle Scars. Some guy wanted the secret to the formula, discovers Nick's sons, kidnaps him takes his eye out... In the end Fury retires and Marcus takes his original birth name and he and best friend coulson join shield...

Marvel Comics are such a stupid mess, and it gets worse every year. I've been hoping Disney would step in and put some competent people in charge, and dump all the people Joe Q. put in top spots making decisions with his nepotism. If anything, an EIC with a respect to continuity is what we need in place before any "Crisis" style reboot is done. Honestly, every reboot attempt Marvel has tried in the last 15 years didn't take is because of weak editorial mandate, that is all Joe Q. and his fap buddy Axel Alonso.
RobertLiefeld - 8/11/2014, 10:21 AM
Wolverine is my least favorite comic book character and is the worst comic book character in all of comics, imo. I hope he [frick]ing dies off forever so he can stop being shoved down our throats, he is Marvel's whore.
CerealKiller - 8/11/2014, 10:27 AM
Yeah, what @BlackWarrior said
dio - 8/11/2014, 11:11 AM
@blackandyellow....Wervolean?
blackandyellow - 8/11/2014, 11:29 AM
@dio

I have a better idea ...

dio - 8/11/2014, 11:33 AM
@blackandyellow Hell yeah ! jewverine...my fave though is ...

Enki - 8/11/2014, 11:46 AM
Marvel has completely ruined this character.
rabid - 8/11/2014, 1:30 PM
Marvel comics is not a mess. All the books are planned out extremely well with tight continuity. Their editors are on point.
JacksonVegaIII - 8/11/2014, 2:28 PM
hhmmmmn seems fu.ckin awful

Only one month until Logan takes a very short vacation. While he is gone I am sure we'll have 300 comics about him that take place in other times and dimensions to get around this weasel plot device.
RajunRemyLebeau - 8/12/2014, 1:12 PM
Next month: Superior Wolverine #1 starring Shiro Yashida.
SuperiorMrGod - 8/12/2014, 3:59 PM
Okay this build up makes me think he'll be back sooner than anticipated. I really hope he stays dead for 4 years minimum; It would totally revitalize the X-Men franchise.
HotRodFan899 - 8/12/2014, 5:03 PM
So, when are they going to reveal the black/arab/gay mutant who just so happens to have the exact same powers as Logan an who just so happens to have also been experimented on by Weapon X and just so happens to also have Adamantium claws?

He'll be just as over powered as everyone whined that Logan was before losing his healing factor, but will still be considered "so much better and so much more interesting than the original." Just because of the PC.

Everyone always says, "Oh, they'll kill the character but they'll just be back later, they should leave them dead."

Better yet, why don't we get good writers who can give us great stories that don't rely on lame gimmicks to sell books? Like they used to do. We used to get great stories and writers didn't think, "Let's kill this character off because it'll sell a lot of books and then we can reboot the title when we bring them back!!!"

And white people who are so desperate to prove they aren't racist clamor for black Captain America, Black Superman, Black Batman, Black Spider-man, black Wolverine, Black Cyclops, Black Flash, Black Green Lantern (forgetting we already have one). And all they do is try to explain how the new PC version is "so much better", and all they ever manage to explain is "They are breaking down racial barriers!!" Seriously, no one has yet to give me a reason why Miles Morales is a better Spider-man to them than Peter Parker except "Because he's black!!!!"

So when the black or gay or arab or a combination of the 3 is revealed as Logan's replacement, white people with white guilt are going to become really annoying. Just like the new Ms. Marvel, Marvel put "MUSLIM!!!!!!" in all caps in the description of the comic, and suddenly everyone yells "Most important book of 2014!!!" Even though the book is mediocre crap like most comics these days.
