I liked Prometheus and honestly Alien VS Predator should be given an another shot as a movie
Dedpool - 8/20/2014, 1:07 PM
@MrNiklander - Agreed! After Predators I thought they'd actually go that route cause that set up was pretty much perfect for an AvP sequel.

I liked Prometheus, and I will probably pick this up as a trade, but I dop hope they do a sequel, too many unanswered questions.

Looks cool. I can't wait for the ACTUAL sequel tho. The franchise can be tied together, it just needs more articulation and a sequel provides resolution. But it needs to be waaaaaaaaaaay more hardcore and less philosophical

Prometheus rocked, I will definitely be reading this.

I once posted an idea thread online about a planet that had been completely taken over by John Carpenter's The Thing otherwise known as the grotesque shape-shifting organism from "Who Goes There?". I theorized that The Thing, having taken over all life on the planet, but without materials or maybe even knowledge in its neurons that run throughout its cells that exist on that planet to build a spaceship, might, without anything else to really do, simply simulate all life and ecosystems that existed natively on that planet before it assimilated them, waiting for some new life to visit for its chance to come out of its "hibernation" of simulation and take over the new life forms. This was many years before Prometheus was released. I gotta wonder sometimes.

I hated this movie. So many things I'd elaborate on, but it would take too much research. Basically the whole idea of evolution run amok that is present in this organism(s) and at what point does it stop changing into something else, didn't seem to follow any kind of rules I could follow. It was like rolling 3-trillion-sided lifeform dice.

One thing I noticed, nothing friendly ever manifests. It's always nasty and hostile. :D Not saying that in itself is bad. I likes me a good scifi horror.

Nice artwork. The movie was horrible and a colossal letdown imo though. Scott destroyed his own mythology much like Lucas did with the SW prequels.

@earzmundo
