POLL: Which Movie Were You Most Disappointed Not To See As Part Of Marvel's Phase 3 Slate?
There were a lot of surprise reveals when Marvel announced their Phase Three slate last week, but also some notable omissions. Where were the long rumoured Black Widow and Planet Hulk? Here's your chance to sound off on which you most wish had also been unveiled...
Like Warner Bros. and their DC Comics movie announcements, there was something for everyone in Marvel's recent unveiling of their slate. Regardless of whether you've been demanding a movie featuring the likes of Black Panther and Captain Marvel or even wanted slightly more obscure characters such as the Inhumans to get the big screen treatment, it's hard to imagine a fan not happy with at least the majority of what came out of the "Marvel Event" held in Los Angeles (especially as we're also getting adaptations of Civil War and The Infinity Gauntlet).
Of course, there were also some notable omissions! Some couldn't have come as a shock to not see as part of the line-up based on the direction Marvel is heading in, while others not making the cut which had frequently been rumoured or alluded to was genuinely quite surprising. There's still plenty of time for Marvel to announce more of course; for example, you have to imagine that if Ant-Man is a success, we'll get a sequel long before 2020! As of right now and based on what we do know, which movies were you most upset to not see made official? There has to be a few, right?
For example, where was Planet Hulk? Many of us thought Captain America 3 was simply setting up Civil War for a future Avengers movie, but that's clearly not the case as it will instead be contained in that highly anticipated threequel! Oh, and how about those Spider-Man rumours?
