There were a lot of surprise reveals when Marvel announced their Phase Three slate last week, but also some notable omissions. Where were the long rumoured Black Widow and Planet Hulk? Here's your chance to sound off on which you most wish had also been unveiled...

Like Warner Bros. and their DC Comics movie announcements, there was something for everyone in Marvel's recent unveiling of their slate. Regardless of whether you've been demanding a movie featuring the likes of Black Panther and Captain Marvel or even wanted slightly more obscure characters such as the Inhumans to get the big screen treatment, it's hard to imagine a fan not happy with at least the majority of what came out of the "Marvel Event" held in Los Angeles (especially as we're also getting adaptations of Civil War and The Infinity Gauntlet).

Of course, there were also some notable omissions! Some couldn't have come as a shock to not see as part of the line-up based on the direction Marvel is heading in, while others not making the cut which had frequently been rumoured or alluded to was genuinely quite surprising. There's still plenty of time for Marvel to announce more of course; for example, you have to imagine that if Ant-Man is a success, we'll get a sequel long before 2020! As of right now and based on what we do know, which movies were you most upset to not see made official? There has to be a fe
w, right?

For example, where was Planet Hulk? Many of us thought Captain America 3 was simply setting up Civil War for a future Avengers movie, but that's clearly not the case as it will instead be contained in that highly anticipated threequel! Oh, and how about those Spider-Man rumours?

I know everyone's clamoring for Planet Hulk...but did anyone notice that Guardians of the Galaxy 2 didn't have a subtitle? Maybe they're saving that for Planet Hulk, and simply didn't announce the subtitle because it'd be a massive spoiler for Age of Ultron. I'd be a fan of that.

It's hard to be disappointed when I look at that phase 3 line up. But.... a Hulk movie would've been much appreciated

The SPIDER-MAN, and AVENGERS: CIVIL WAR options are quite unnecessary.

Also NAMOR, since the rights are at UNIVERSAL.

We're getting a Namor movie. It's called Aquaman.

They did not reacquire spider man so that's disappointing.

Other than that, "gustos assmasters part 18" was conspicuously absent

Hulk all the way, I really wanted them to tie in a PH film to Avengers: Infinity Wars and have Hulk face off against Thanos just in time. Like at the end of the Hulk film the Guardians enter into the colosseum and offer Hulk an offer to aid them in a battle where his strength could be benifited for the better or something like that...

Ever since I saw him among the Collector's items, I was really hoping for Howard the Duck.

Planet Hulk. Not sure why people are voting Spider-Man or how it is even an option. Marvel doesn't own the rights.

I don't see how WB's slate was disappointing in any way. But I guess when you're a drooling marvel fanboy/troll you see things a little differently.

solo films coming after group films is whats disapointing about the DC skate, and to many the casting choices.

A Black Widow/Hawkeye/Mockingbird movie would've been cool. Besides that and a Hulk movie phase 3 is perfect.

I wasn't disappointed with any of them. Spider-Man and Namor are not happening anytime soon thanks to rights issues so anyone who expected them to be announced was deluding themselves.

And while I love Mark Ruffalo's Hulk, there really isn't any movie I would have dropped in favor of a solo for him. Plus Black Panther and Captain Marvel really deserved this, and Hulk has already had two solo movies in the past.

@SauronsBANE

I was thinking the same thing. Guardians was the only sequel in phase 3 that didn't have a subtitle. There's a reason for that.

Namor

and for [frick]s sake marvel at least have him show up in the avengers assembles cartoon
you've a bunch of attuma episodes but namor never shows up or is even mentioned
spider-man and wolverine show up and you don't have their movie rights so wtf?

also i realize we aren't getting a movie about him anytime soon but Nova needs to be part of the mcu in some way
