Yeah Arrow has been eclipsed by The Flash already. Would have never expected it to happen so soon. There hasn't been one weak episode yet.

Maguie777 wanted me to tell you guys that he thinks this show is wicked awesome and he is sad that after tomorrow, he has to wait a whole month for the show to come back.

Comparing the two is like comparing apples and oranges. The Flash is way more exciting because he is super-powered and faces villains with super powers which provides a lot more excitement for the viewer. Arrow, on the other hand, is forced to focus on the balance of keeping the reality of regular human vigilantes grounded in plausible situations. They may fail at that the majority of the time, but it is still entertaining. That said, I can't wait for the Flash to come back on and start to explain Dr. Wells in more detail.

Oh my god will you Flash junkies shut the [frick] up. I usually ignore this shit, but it's done ticked me off now. You like Flash better than Arrow? Fine, but shut up about Arrow "sucking" because it doesn't. This season is not on the same level as season 2, but season 2 is a hard season to beat. I swear you guys just look for shit to complain about with Arrow.

By the way not knocking the Flash, really like the show and the character, just not the fans that think the show is similar enough to compare with Arrow.

Oliver and Thea are both going to be brain washed this time and then have a secret child together. But Oliver will think it's Sara and Thea will think it's Roy and then when they find out they'll be like "Whaaaa".

And they will have puke face for a few episodes.
And everybody will be like.....

Haha don't pay attention to me.

WTF is up with all the stupid flash bullshit on this thread. If arrow wasn't a success there would be no flash show remember. And for you entitled whiny clowns complaining and comparing the shows, its just plain stupid. Arrow has a dark tone and is more grounded about vigilantes that don't have powers, Flash on the other hand is the complete opposite, Flash deals with metahumans and is brighter visually so it appears more warm. I don't understand you clowns, both shows are great. Your [frick]ing lucky this shows even exist and should be thankful. But NOOOOOOO apparently everyone here is a show writer, a producer, and think they can do a better job. Gimme a [frick]ing break.

Not understanding why Oliver wouldn't jump for joy. The League wants Merlyn, they get Merlyn. They'll leave you both alone....and his answer more than likely will be "no lets save Merlyn".

I agree that I really like how they are doing the Flash and Arrow shows and how they are so different (Arrow is grounded and gritty and you only become a hero by going through the crucible of pain, while Flash is straight up comic book show, superpowers, good guys, bad guys, etc.) Makes me wonder how they will make The Atom show distinct?

@DJCheckPoint You do realize you bitched about people comparing Arrow and Flash only to compare them yourself?

And it was a rumor that Arrow was grounded. A rumor that fell when Arrow survived 2 stab wounds and a drop of 600 feet or 60 stories and days of exposure to below freezing temps.

Arrow is the least grounded show on TV.

I like Arrow I hope this show continues for a long time. Thing I learned about the X-Men franchise of films is you just need to give it time. Sure, Black Canary doesn't use screaming powers but give it time. She already used a kind of sonic devise in one of the episodes. What if she gets her throat messed up and then....something happens? Turn it into a weapon!

All it needs is more time, let it sit the in the oven a few more seasons it'll get there. I already enjoy the show it can only get better from here. Plus I want more cross over villains like while they try to escape the island they run into black manta's sub for a episode or something.

Ooo I have a better idea, Laurel goes to do something in a Flash episode and then she gets exposed to some kind of Harrison Wells lab project gone wrong like the particle accelerator. Since they've already had a crossover all I gotta say is Star labs!

People here really just dont understand the concept of comic book realism vs real world realism do they?

Arrow is comic book realistic...accept it...its actually staying close to source in that regard. It isnt the shitty Nolan films where fake Batman operates in the "real world" . oliver avoids bullets and can survive falls like that...and catch arrows out of thing air.

If you wanted the show to be more realistic in terms of comics you already have it...the AMOUNT OF TIMES i have seen Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson, Ted Grant , Oliver etc. break multiple bones in one night and then go out on patrol that very same night and kick ass is unbeliably high...they dont stay in their hideouts and whimper
