ARROW Director Lexi Alexander Reveals A Cool New Image Of Rutina Wesley's 'Lady Cop'

Following the release of that awesome first trailer for Arrow's fourth season, Lexi Alexander (Punisher: War Zone) has Tweeted out a photo of Hannibal's Rutina Wesley as Liza Warner/Lady Cop, and well, Green Arrow had best watch his back. Check it out!

In season four of Arrow, Rutina Wesley will be taking on the role of a member of the anti-vigilante task force in the recently rebranded Star City. In the comics, Liza Warner - or Lady Cop as she's known - debuted in the 1970s and was basically just a female police offer who solved crimes. However, it's clear that the series is going to give her something of a bad ass makeover if the image below is anything to go by, so Oliver Queen and his fellow vigilantes are no doubt going to find life moe difficult than ever this year. So "Lady Cop" is actually a thing?

As in totally separate from the fact that (assuming the size of Star City's police department and their hiring practices are proportional to an American city of its population) there should be around 150 female police officers on the force?

"Night Nurse" is sort of goofy, but "Lady Cop"? I mean... come on, guys.
