My date and I were highly underwhelmed by this film. Everything was too familiar, like I had seen it before only in a subtle and different way. Tom Cruise didn't seem to emotionally connect with the role, especially at the end. Action-wise it was okay.

I didn't think any director could make a Mission: Impossible film as good as Brian De Palma's, but Brad Bird really outdid himself with Ghost Protocol.

Was hoping for the TDKR prologue like they did for The Dark Knight on the I Am Legend Blu Ray.:(

I saw this in theaters and it was very good. Definitely miles better than MI2 and just as good as MI3.

Simon Pegg and Jeremy Renner end up stealing the show.

Agreed! 100%!
Tainted87 - 2/21/2012, 9:09 PM
Awesome, I loved it.

My only gripe was that Michael Nyqvist sucked as the villain.
PoPcornDude - 2/22/2012, 12:31 AM

ScionStorm - 2/22/2012, 12:30 PM
Another excellent movie where Tom Cruise RUNS... Alot! lol

I liked this movie.
ScionStorm - 2/22/2012, 12:33 PM
@grayfox117- Yes. There is a time gap between the two and a running sub plot in this movie if learning what happened in that time gap to lead the character to where he is at the beginning of this movie.
