"Marvel NOW!" Minimates Featuring The Superior Spider-Man, Nick Fury Jr. And More

I've always fancied collecting these, but they're not particularly easy to come by on this side of the pond! Regardless, the latest wave of Marvel Minimates are sure to appeal to fans of "Marvel NOW!" as the set includes not only the Superior Spider-Man, but the new Nova and Savage Wolverine's Shanna the She-Devil among others. Which of these would you like to add to YOUR collections and which characters should they release next time? Sound off below!



Marvel NOW! Minimates from Diamond Select With major team shake-ups across the Marvel Universe, Diamond Select Toys is kicking off another ten years of Marvel Minimates with updated costumes and characters! Series 51 includes Spider-Man and Nova (Sam Alexander), Shanna the She-Devil and Sauron, Nick Fury Jr. and Heavy SHIELD Agent and a rare variant set, Maria Hill with Heavy SHIELD Agent. Each Minimate stands 2 inches tall with 14 points of articulation and a variety of removable and interchangeable parts and accessories.

Can anyone explain why you would want these ? I am not familiar with Minimates but they look dreadful. I would rather buy LEGO marvel characters than this.

I only buy statues that I feel are very realistic and/or beautiful

@TheRedHood There is another set coming out with Richard Rider's original nova costume.

@siggisuperman maybe because minimates are miles better than lego figures? 14 points of articulation,tons of accessories and they stay true to the character whereas lego keeps reusing the same pieces and uses 4 or three decals. Add to the fact that minimates cover a wide array of licences (marvel,star trek,thundercats,walking dead,etc) and your answer is pretty much there.

And if you want to buy something realistic go buy some hot toys figures.
