Ultimate Rhino would look a lot better in a live action movie I think. We already seen the half animal in the first movie. The guy in a armored polymer suit might look kinda silly. So go for the cyborg armored ultimate look. Would make him very different from spideys other villains.

I wonder how Electro and Rhino will be treated in this movie. I mean, Electro was a pretty lame villain anyway, while Rhino was OK in the comics but always rubbish in adaptations (cartoons, games, etc). If Marc Webb does anything well, it's creating interesting characters and even more interesting character interactions, so I hope this proves true for his interpretations of Electro and Rhino. And I hope their costumes aren't shitty either - not too keen on Electro getting a full on costume, even the ultimate one is goofy, while with Rhino I hope this hint at tattoos is a sign that they're avoiding the 'cross-species genetics' version from the Amazing Spider-Man video game tie in. And I'm guessing, since Paul Giammatti isn't huge like Alexei is in the comics, that the suit will be based on the Ultimate version.

I don't think Marc Webb knows how to make anything mysterious.

Nope. Because Marc Webb is inept at mystery. And action. And comedy. And character development. And storytelling.... In short, the dude sucks.

Maybe they're just setting up Rhino in this film for the third one? The thing that worries me about this movie (despite my love of the first one) is the amount of characters that are being added - some directors work well with large casts, and some don't. Marc Webb has directed two (in my opinion, great) films, but both have had fairly small main casts, so I'm anxious to see how Webb handles this significantly larger cast in this movie (especially as we're all well aware how badly the last Spider-Man movie with a larger cast fared).

Webbs actually doing his homework, things could be a lot worse and have been a lot worse. You guys should relax and enjoy the fact the peter is smart and he doesn't have webs shooting out of his viens.
