I'm not terribly familiar with her New 52 look but being more flat chested makes sense. Generally female professional athletes tend to have pecs rather than large breasts due to muscle definition and lack of excess body fat. She's probably wearing the equivalent of a sports bra too. It's quite painful I'm told to run and jump without having "the girls" tucked away.
