Armed and ready! The Eagle has landed!

The Iron Man 3 movie has become the talk of the town just one month before movie launches. Specialized in highly detailed and movie-accurate Iron Man collectible figures and established an indivisible relationship with Iron Man since the first Iron Man movie, Hot Toys is proud to present the brand-new character – the Protector of Liberty which is well fortified of military strength and technological superiority – the 1/6th scale Iron Patriot Limited Edition Collectible Figurine from the Iron Man 3 movie from the MMS Diecast Series.

Leading the MMS Diecast Series is the iconic Iron Man 3 Series, in which the collectible figures are made of diecast material, specially designed to look more closed to the realistic Iron Man characters in the movie. The MMS Diecast Series will bring fans to the next level of authenticity, focusing on the materials, fine details and engineering of the Iron Man collectible figures, while some of the parts can be shared between our MMS and Diorama Series for displaying together in 1/6th scale. More collectibles from the Iron Man 3 will be coming from the MMS Diecast Series!

The movie-accurate Iron Patriot Collectible Figurine is highly detailed and fully deployed, specially crafted based on the image of Don Cheadle as Iron Patriot in the movie, highlighting the highly detailed head sculpt, metallic red, white and blue star spangled armor, light-up functions and rotatable machine gun.

Marvel Studios’ Iron Man 3 pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

Iron Patriot is so camp XD
BackwardGalaxy - 3/22/2013, 5:54 AM
I don't understand the point of the armor change. Is War Machine too much of a badass that you had to drape him in a flag so he'd look silly next to Iron Man? It just looks ridiculous.
REMIMARKS - 3/22/2013, 6:05 AM
Iron Patriot is looking like a boss.
SpideyQuad - 3/22/2013, 6:30 AM
Backwordgalaxy, I think it was reported that the president requested this change in the movie to associate war machine with the government.
DrRockit13 - 3/22/2013, 6:32 AM
Yeah but yu don't see Jets, Tanks, and Other military Vehicles painted red white and blue. Yes they might have an American emblem of them but not like that. Soldiers are always in camo when they are fighting so why doesn't Rhodey get to ?
jerseysportsbullies - 3/22/2013, 6:34 AM
like @spideyQuad said he is requested to change the paint. Also remember this is post Avengers, so having another Cap like figure helps the US gov act they they have more control of the heroes.
JohnTom88 - 3/22/2013, 6:35 AM
Iron Man, the only superhero who could sell plausible variants after variants of toys. That's why Marvel and Disney love it. Hmm, maybe Batman too... but Jungle action Batman? Iron Man on the other hand could have a Jungle suit powered by leafs.

kevberg - 3/22/2013, 6:46 AM
Amazing. Hot toys just gets it right!
NovaCorpsFan - 3/22/2013, 6:49 AM
He looks badass. I like how the action figures are giving us more of a look at the suit in action than that of the trailers.
BobHasMyPants - 3/22/2013, 7:25 AM

AlexDeLarge87 - 3/22/2013, 8:10 AM

Looks great. Paint job is a bit crass, but the suit is cool.
jimoakley666 - 3/22/2013, 8:34 AM
Can I just point out that the Red White and Blue is actually the British and French flags (among others) and Merka copied them.
AlexDeLarge87 - 3/22/2013, 8:37 AM
I would like to see War-Machine in next Avengers movie. that would be sick.

Iron Man, Thor, Cap, Hulk, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Falcon, War-Machine and Nick Fury.
What a team. :)
Ocelot - 3/22/2013, 9:03 AM
just hope that rhodes doesn't wear the patriot armor for the majority film, the new war machine armor looks better
supermarioworldE - 3/22/2013, 9:06 AM
War Machine's first armor was badass. It was a mistake to change it.
third3ye - 3/22/2013, 9:11 AM
HT seems to have stepped it up a notch, the knee articulation and overall proportions look better, except the head is still a bit on the small side. I'm going to wait for the version with the War Machine gray colors.
HAQ - 3/22/2013, 9:36 AM
Fockin' E.P.I.C.
staypuffed - 3/22/2013, 2:45 PM
