Kim Raver In Talks To Return As 'Audrey Raines' In 24: LIVE ANOTHER DAY
The sixth season of 24 left the love of Jack Bauer's life in a vegetative state, but the team behind the upcoming event series 24: Live Another Day are now planning to bring her back as Kim Raver is said to be in the final stages of negotiations to return. Read on for details!
Deadline has confirmed that Kim Raver is in talks to return as 'Audrey Raines' in next year's 24: Live Another Day. When we last saw her, Audrey was in the custody of her father after being left brain damaged by mind altering chemicals used on her while she was a captive of the Chinese government. However, in an interview back in 2010, showrunner Howard Gordon said, "Audrey is so not dead. She’s not even in a coma. In my opinion, she is at the very worst in a psychiatric facility, but she may also be married to a contractor in Virginia who has a child." That would explain how she could make a return, and it now sounds like a done deal as the site reports that she has been in negotiations for over a month and a deal has already been drawn up. Raver joins returning cast members Kiefer Sutherland and Mary Lynn Rajskub.
