Looks like Chinese Art...

I agree. Ribic should be a lifelong artist on Thor. If you've never read it, his Thor/Loki: Blood Brothers book was fairly great too.

Thor can wield thunder without his hammer ?
Brady1138 - 12/15/2013, 4:05 PM
@CampBlood Where is he not using his hammer?
shadow314 - 12/15/2013, 6:12 PM
@ camp blood

Yes he can... hence the name god of thunder.

He blasted gorr with a lightning bolt in the first meeting per hammer.

Thor can do a lot without the hammer but a lot of it has been forgotten over the years. Hell, until recently, all Thor did was hammer smash and writers forgot all if Thor and mjolnir abilities

@CampBlood

Yep. On Volstagg's "Chili Night", Thor doesn't even need his hands to make thunder!

In the comics, yes.

In the movies, no (apparently).

Young Thor (without Mjolnir (before he had it)) vs. the God Butcher.
