Actually stopped reading this title a while ago as there were so many characters I didn't know/had no interest in, but really like Hickmans work on Infinity and New Avengers, but will probably pick this up, being the only release

Hickman's Avengers is like reading a tax law text book:

a soulless experience.
ThePowerCosmic - 12/20/2013, 5:05 AM
Art is incredible in this! Hickman's Avengers has been one of my favorite reads in a very long time.
ThePowerCosmic - 12/20/2013, 5:09 AM
Got to get me a poster of the first cover for my man cave...I mean nerd cave.

Hmm where did i see a scene similar to that one, where Captain America has his memory erased?

Oh yes, DC´s "IDENTITY CRISIS", in which the group erase Batman´s memory!

Marvel though we wouldn´t notice...but we did!

I love how marvel's doing these .NOW issues, makes it a lot easier to jump onto their series'.
MightyZeus - 12/20/2013, 5:53 AM
I actually love the illustrations. They look incredible.

Do you guys think "Avengers world" will be good?

I don't know which one of those two books to pick up...
ThePowerCosmic - 12/20/2013, 6:10 AM
Victor

DC didn't invent that idea of a mind wipe. It's been around a lot longer than Identity crisis. It's not even a major plot point of the story, That was a recap page. Stop trying to start a flame war, both these companies rip each other off.

Shouldn't Kang be ruling the world in 3030 ad?
Doon - 12/20/2013, 6:14 AM
The return of Hickman's adult Franklin Richards. Sweet.
Mysterion - 12/20/2013, 6:27 AM
artwork is pretty sweet.

I LOVE RIBICS WORK BUT EVERYONE ON THE 1ST COVER HAS THE SAME FACIAL EXPRESSION. STRANGE

LOOKS LIKE THE MOVIE THOR MAKES AN APPEARANCE ON THE SECOND COVER. LOOKS GOOD

AND THATS A KICK ASS X-MEN #1 STYLE AVENGERS COVER. WELL DONE.

Every time I say Ribic I make the frog sound "Ribbit"...Kooky.
Great artist I must say.
DangerDuck83 - 12/20/2013, 8:08 AM
Esad Ribic should draw all major Marvel titles!!!
Havensent - 12/20/2013, 8:35 AM
Gorgeous art, masterful writing...Only an idiot wouldn't want this book.
dognsuds - 12/20/2013, 11:49 AM
Captain America looks like he's got down syndrome on the first cover.
marvel72 - 12/20/2013, 4:02 PM
what a creative team! hickman & ribic can do no wrong.
KaneRomita - 12/20/2013, 4:07 PM
I recommend Hickman's run on both Avengers and New Avengers. His stuff is dense but it pays off. Plus it's cool to see the Avengers doing bad-ass stuff instead of sitting around the dinner table talking all issue.
KaneRomita - 12/20/2013, 4:09 PM
Also, Uncanny Avengers is the most Avengers-y book of them all right now. Probably because it has Wasp, Scarlet Witch, and Wonder Man. I kinda wish someone would put the classic team together again. Cap, Iron Man, Wasp, Hank Pym, Hawkeye, Vision, and I gots to have some Beast.

Was that the "Future Mandarin" working for Stark?
