That art looks cool.
The Goblin is coming to town.
StarkAnthony - 1/1/2014, 9:01 AM
Maybe they're going to show up just after this, but in the event of a city-wide crime attack , wouldn't the Avengers show up like instantly?
Space - 1/1/2014, 9:13 AM
This actually looks really good. nice cover btw
VIRILEMAN - 1/1/2014, 9:15 AM
Dan Slott=Worst writer on Spidey EVER!

The art is nice though...
HOTSHOT - 1/1/2014, 9:25 AM
So far this series has been pretty cool and interesting, I'm psyched to see the Goblin war's turnout. Since Gobby already knows the truth, I doubt Otto will be safe for long.
marvel72 - 1/1/2014, 9:48 AM
artwork is nice but please hurry up & bring back the one & only peter parker.
Brainiac13 - 1/1/2014, 9:56 AM
Love this series.
TheOzmaofOz - 1/1/2014, 10:00 AM
Please.... Slott isn't the worst writer.

I for one love this story change Superior has brought. We know Peter will be back sometime soon. I'm just glad they kept this going so long.
rabid - 1/1/2014, 10:03 AM
The American flag could be the clue to the Goblin King's identity... if it's Gabriel Stacy, the American Son!
Interestein - 1/1/2014, 10:22 AM
I'd love to be reading this, but I couldn't get past the first issue because of the atrocity they call writing.
VIRILEMAN - 1/1/2014, 10:26 AM
Seriously. Slott plots like a child. "And then Otto and Peter switch brains!"

That's how a child plots a story.
darklighter1 - 1/1/2014, 10:29 AM
Why isn't this Norman again? I forgot where we left off with him after Bendis' last lame attempt to use him in the exact same plot from the previous year. Was he killed or captured? I still think it's him back as the Goblin otherwise I'm kinda gonna be disappointed.
VIRILEMAN - 1/1/2014, 10:30 AM
@TheOzmaofOZ

Cool avatar. Joshua Jackson is one of the better actors of this generation.
VIRILEMAN - 1/1/2014, 10:31 AM
I think he and Otto should switch brains. And then the Green Goblin (now Otto) should switch brains with MJ! Brilliant!
Spideyshawn - 1/1/2014, 10:32 AM
I like this series first I thought is was gonna be crap but it been pretty great so far.
rabid - 1/1/2014, 11:00 AM
@Virileman
Some of the most classic Spidey stories have involved mindswaps. This was neither the first time Otto's brain has been inside someone else, nor the first time for Peter's memories to be transferred around. Nothing out of place here.
jlabatman - 1/1/2014, 11:07 AM
This storyline isn't the worst thing I've ever read, but it has run its course. The artwork is nice but it is time to bring back Peter!
rabid - 1/1/2014, 11:09 AM
@darklighter
Norman disappeared from the coma ward at the hospital. This Goblin King can't be Norman for a few reasons: He doesn't seem to know Peter's identity. He has no adaptoid powers. He doesn't call himself the Green Goblin. He wouldn't have drawn Lily back into her life as Menace. That's why I think it's Norman's son with Gwen Stacy... Gabriel... and the new Menace is his daughter, Sarah.
JasonGrayson77 - 1/1/2014, 11:40 AM
Glad they got rid of Ramos' terrible art. They're finally listening.
Vaportrail - 1/1/2014, 11:49 AM
The art is cool.

That's still not Spider-Man.
ekrolo2 - 1/1/2014, 11:53 AM
Please don't bring back Peter Parker and if you do stop making him a whinny little bitch who takes responsibility for everything (including the things completely out of his control) and have him grow a [frick]ing back bone already instead of bitching how the whole world is terrible because he failed to save a kitty cat last tuesday.
Spiderhog - 1/1/2014, 1:10 PM
@jason they didnt get rid of him its just camuncoli's turn now... and btw ramos is awesome
mctrinket - 1/1/2014, 1:14 PM
The art is superb.
iMVuze - 1/1/2014, 1:16 PM
@ VIRILEMAN

Okay we all get it, you don't like Superior Spider-Man or Dan Slott for that matter. Saying that, you don't have to write FIVE comments on every article related to it lol at this point you look like you want to complain for the sake of complaining.
HotRodFan899 - 1/1/2014, 1:19 PM
Don't worry Peter Parker haters, Ock will come out of this perfectly fine with nothing wrong happening to him. He'll stop the Goblin Nation in 27.1, and the rest of the Goblin Nation story arc will be him destroying the evidence that Carlie compiled and finding a way to erase Peter Parker from existence where everyone thinks that Doc Ock was always Spider-man and no one remembers Peter Parker ever again in the Marvel comics. Everything is going to look bad at first, but mere panels later Ock will solve all of his problems with no ramifications. Just like every issue prior.
Havensent - 1/1/2014, 1:21 PM
Spectacular art. I LOVES me some, Giuseppe Camuncoli.

You're kidding right
NovaCorpsFan - 1/1/2014, 3:06 PM
I've developed a tendency of trying to predict dialogue in these unlettered previews.

It's pretty fun, you should all give it a try!
SonGoku - 1/1/2014, 4:01 PM
@HotRodFan899

I wouldn't be surprised if that's actually what happens.
FusionForce - 1/1/2014, 6:31 PM
Horrible writing, at least the art is nice.
rabid - 1/1/2014, 7:20 PM
I think the writing fits the title really well. The only thing bothering me is why Norman would be in a university hospital with no guards instead of in the raft where they were keeping Otto, especially considering he made two very good attempts at taking over the nation.
xNightwingBeyondx - 1/1/2014, 10:00 PM
Im really diggin the new suit

AmazingFantasy - 1/2/2014, 12:22 AM
I love spock but i should end soon
MightyZeus - 1/2/2014, 3:06 AM
I am loving this series. It's amazing. The art is incredible.
jasonicus - 1/2/2014, 4:02 AM
I like this series, but Ock's Spider-Man is growing more erratic. I can't see how Peter has not been brought back yet. We get it, Ock is a shitty person. It's more surprising more people close to him haven't figured it out considering he acts totally different. I foresee Peter being back around the time Amazing Spider-Man 2 is released.
wcwpoet - 1/2/2014, 9:55 AM
I'll give Slott credit for making Dr. Octopus one of the best Spidey Villains ever with this whole run. But I'm just ready for the Real Spider-Man to be back. It can only be a matter of time now ASM 2 months away.
Rollie - 1/2/2014, 12:18 PM
jasonicus - I hope not. I like this version of Spiderman.

Maybe Marvel should consider making another title to satisfy the people that want the "old" Peter Parker back.
