Will Peter return to the Ultimate Universe?
JustThwipIt - 3/27/2014, 7:36 AM
I was truly expecting for Miles to run in with SpOck and confront him, realising it wasn't the real Pete.
Wonder if they're gonna make another move with this Universe's Pete... Movie's coming...

Crap. I'm glad I only invested my time & money on the first dozen or so issues of Ultimate Spidey.
There was a way to intro Morales without killing Peter.
Would be cooler to have Pete mentor Miles in his adventures.

I wonder who is the blacked out portion of the front page. The ________? Scarlet Spider? Peter Parker?
BATMANx - 3/27/2014, 8:41 AM
BATMAN IS HERE

Cool, but, seriously, what is up with Marvel's books looking like an indie company lately? They should have stuck to the old "Marvel style". Leave the indie style to Image and the like--which I'm also a fan of, btw. It just doesn't feel like Marvel books to me.

Bring it
Looking forward to this

All of the above and in more ways than one

I'm going to laugh when this Peters soul goes into 616 body. Will be ruddy loco.
HotRodFan899 - 3/27/2014, 10:09 AM
Mary Sue Morales is probably going to have to fight the Sinister Six, which he'll easily defeat with both arms tied behind his back. Seriously, the entire Ultimate Universe now revolves around him. He's a total Mary Sue.

@Doopie Look at the comments on this thread. Do you really think you've "moved past this"?

For peter's sake.

I wasn't really feeling the Ultimate-verse, but this week's SURVIVE changed my mind.
@justthwipit
Miles may have encountered Spock. We never learned the identity of the young black man wearing the Mysterion costume.
AC1 - 3/27/2014, 11:50 AM
Surprise ending? So is Peter coming back? I thought people stayed dead in the Ultimate Universe?
HorrorPilot - 3/27/2014, 12:05 PM
So. What.
damntree - 3/27/2014, 12:32 PM
@Darman - It's just a really black guy.
BIGBMH - 3/27/2014, 1:22 PM
I've never understood why Ultimate haters love to come to these articles just to comment about how they don't like the Ultimate Universe.

@AC1
Peter can come back. Bendis left a witty out in case they cnaged their minds. The day he died was the day after he handled the Zodiac Key. The Key had the ability to grant wishes. Within 24hrs, Peter got his girlfriend and his job back, made good with J Jonah, and then saved Captain America's life taking a bullet for him. It's almost as if he secretly wished a happy ending for himself and got more than he bargained for. Or there's the chance that its previous holder wished Peter dead. So he could easily be brought back to life by the next person holding the Zodiac Key. I can't recall whose hands it is in now, but at the time of his death, it had recently been handled by Kingpin, Black Cat, and Mysterio.

That art is absolutely stunning.
Having never read Ultimate Spider-Man, I'm considering buying this issue just for the art.
Wiccan - 3/28/2014, 2:06 AM
Looks good, I'll read this.
t2jax - 3/28/2014, 5:39 AM
Can't wait! I've read every issue, before and after Peter, and I love em all!
Wetboy40 - 3/28/2014, 6:09 AM
On the page with all the characters it has a black circle with a question mark and the writing is blacked out with only the word: the.

Who is that? Is Peter alive and he is the Ultimate Scarlet Spider?

Because in an article a while back about the same issue 200 there was a pic of a guy in a red and gold spider armour, is he The Ultimate Scarlet Spider and is it Peter??
