sameoldthing - 5/1/2014, 5:34 AM
Rouge's hand is bigger to grab the big tits on Wanda.
gambgel - 5/1/2014, 5:58 AM
Rogue and Scarlett Witch, the two females characters I need the most on the movie franchise, (followed by Polaris). two awesome and badass characters not explored on the franchise as they should, what a waste.
KINGPEN266 - 5/1/2014, 6:01 AM

gambgel - 5/1/2014, 6:02 AM

antbwan - 5/1/2014, 6:26 AM
Didn't they both die! What happened?
SugarYumYum - 5/1/2014, 6:52 AM
Wow, it just gets worse as you go from top to bottom. How the hell did this make it out of the editing room?
darklighter1 - 5/1/2014, 6:52 AM
The guy is one of the most talented artists in the game today. Can't believe anybody complains about this guys work.
adamcawa - 5/1/2014, 7:00 AM
Their heads are too large. A head should roughly be 1/7th the entire body size. Theirs is about 1/5.5
rebellion - 5/1/2014, 7:28 AM
i thought they died? stopped reading uncanny avengers after 10 issues, but i think i heard it somewhere.
KrazyForKomix - 5/1/2014, 7:47 AM
Is Dolly Parton going to play Scarlet Witch?
TheRealistStarLord - 5/1/2014, 7:50 AM
Dayum!
MsDarkPhoenix - 5/1/2014, 7:52 AM
Does this mean that they'll come back to life?? Please!!!! I mean, they'd obviously come back to life somewhen, especially Scarlet Witch, she and Quicksilver will start being in all Avengers comics after AoU, just like all the other movie Avengers.
marvel72 - 5/1/2014, 7:58 AM
lovely looking fun bags.
MsDarkPhoenix - 5/1/2014, 8:23 AM
@marvel72 Fun bags??

HotRodFan899 - 5/1/2014, 8:31 AM
Marvel really needs to quit killing characters all of the time. Didn't they just kill Rogue and Scarlet Witch a few issues ago? Now they're back?

Give me a break. Everyone says, "Kill them and leave them dead."

Or, the better solution. Come up with interesting stories that don't need to rely on the already exhausted cliche of "kill a character each quarter."

Seriously, they've killed Thor twice in the last decade and brought him back. They've killed Spider-man FIVE TIMES in the last decade. How about not killing characters and just tell good stories?

They kill Thor in Ragnarok and brought him back a few years later. Then they killed him in Fear Itself and brought him back immediately following the end of that event.

They killed Spider-man in the issue when he turned into a giant spider, died and then gave birth to a fully grown Peter Parker. Then they killed him in "The Other." Then they killed Ultimate Peter Parker. Then they killed Peter Parker in Amazing Spider-man #700. Then they killed the Peter memory fragment in Superior Spider-man #9 (but brought it back 16 issues later).

Come on Marvel. You're the HOUSE OF IDEAS. So come up with ideas to keep our favorite characters interesting that doesn't involve killing them for shock value or a gimmick?
jimoakley666 - 5/1/2014, 8:38 AM
I've seen better. And I've seen better from Land.
jimoakley666 - 5/1/2014, 8:40 AM
@HotRodFan899 - A-fuking-men to that, bud. Seriously, you hit the nail bang on the head with that post.
LensmanMatt92 - 5/1/2014, 8:45 AM
Scarlet has very large mammalian features.
MsDarkPhoenix - 5/1/2014, 8:47 AM
@HotRod You are right and I agree with you. But it's not sure that Scarlet Witch and Rogue will return, there was another cover with Scarlet Witch for Uncanny Avengers and she didn't came back to life at that issue. And it was kind of stupid that they killed her anyway, because they know that they'd need Scarlet Witch around next year after the release of AoU.
RajunRemyLebeau - 5/1/2014, 9:04 AM
I have something nice to say about most artists that people trash talk. I've got nothing to say about Greg Land.
Bl00dwerK - 5/1/2014, 9:06 AM
"Greg Land - where every woman ever has the same pornstar face."

Yeah, I usually get annoyed with people who complain about artists, but you've got a point...
Melkaticox - 5/1/2014, 9:29 AM
"but it's hard to argue with just how cool his variant cover for Rick Remender and Daniel Acuna's Uncanny Avengers #20 is"

...No, it isn't. The proportions and perspective are all [frick]ed up. Also no background.
marvel72 - 5/1/2014, 9:33 AM
@ MsDarkPhoenix

haha not that kind of fun bag,you know pleasure pillows.
Ineedrevelation - 5/1/2014, 9:42 AM

airbeyonder18 - 5/1/2014, 10:29 AM

BrandoCalrissian - 5/1/2014, 10:50 AM
The man has apparently never seen breasts before.
MsDarkPhoenix - 5/1/2014, 11:41 AM
@marvel72 I know what you are talking about, I'm joking :P
DrDoom - 5/1/2014, 12:19 PM
Anatomy fail.
RandyBobandy - 5/1/2014, 12:31 PM
Looks like Land got tired of being made fun of for tracing and is trying to draw more things without tracing. That fist is just hilarious though, giant man fist, the waist/ass on both of them looks terrible, especially considering how ridiculously large both of their poor drawn busts are. The light and shadows are laughably bad, about the only thing in this cover Land didn't [frick] up, is the background, because he was way to lazy to even attempt one....ON A COVER. WHO THE [frick] APPROVED THIS COVER? AND WHY ARE THEY NOT FIRED? It's not even Land's fault really, he can't help that he's bad. It's the editor's fault for allowing his awful stuff to still see print, on covers no less.
MericawithanM - 5/1/2014, 1:14 PM
@hotrod PREACH! I completely agree. When superman died it was cool and hadn't been done 3000 times. But now marvel especially has taken this whole "kill off HUGE characters" trope too far. I feel like literally everyone has died about 2 times now and if there are characters that i assume haven't died, I google it and it turns out those ones have died too lol.

I really want marvel to pull and new 52 and just undo a bunch of the shit they have messed up.
beane2099 - 5/1/2014, 4:43 PM
I don't know if some of the people complaining about this story are actually reading this book or not. The whole story involves Kang and time travel which implies at the outset that these events will likely change. Also in addition to Rogue and Scarlett Witch, Wonder Man and Captain America died and the entire Earth was destroyed. Among the deaths shown were Iron Man, Hulk, Dr. Doom, Dr. Strange, Vision and many more Marvel favorites. Given the time travel elements and the fact that the entire Earth blew up, these character resurrections shouldn't really come as any sort of shock. Now if you don't like time travel stories, that's different.
