The art looks awesome!!

Also the overall context give me some very strong Bronze Age vibe, wich is great!
DukeAcureds - 5/9/2014, 10:39 AM
It was Beast.
Or Jarvis.
Or Vision, heh.
TheRealRemyLebeau - 5/9/2014, 10:39 AM
Oh yes!!! Great covers and inside art.

I liked the first issue. Who was the guy holding the kryptonite bullet talking on the phone to Black Panther?
DukeAcureds - 5/9/2014, 10:44 AM
blackandyellow@ Looked like Winter Soldier. And the other two look like Black Widow and Moon Knight.

Original Sin #1 is actually surprisingly great.

Jason Aaron knows how to write these guys. I loved seeing Thor toss in his two cents every now and then.

seriously great issue.
really excited to see if it stays up to this quality.

i haven't ever entirely liked a Marvel Event. they mostly annoy me, sometimes enough to quit buying comics for a while altogether.

Thanks, duke.

Gamora got a phat ass!!

This does look pretty sweet.

@blackandyellow - that's puzzling. at first I thought it was Fury for sure, but going back to look at it, why would they treat it with mystery like that.

it's hard to tell. it's almost like he has a moustache or something. I would almost think Strange but that doesn't add up either.

cool book, I can't wait for the next one.
I like Aaron but actually surprised how good this issue read. great art too, of course.
dethpillow - 5/9/2014, 11:03 AM
@blackandyellow - i think maybe it is Strange, went back and read it again.

only thing is... the clothes and where he's sitting seem very unStrange.
and then also Strange doesn't seem like he'd put together a team like they talk about, all on his own.

but still, if i had to bet right now, i'd say it was Strange.

Man..........Arthur Adams work just keeps getting better and better.
FoNK - 5/9/2014, 11:19 AM
The first issue was great and Art Adams is the shiz

I hope this is Marvel's Blackest Night. That had some of the greatest character moments in comic history
InfiniteMonkey - 5/9/2014, 12:24 PM
I hate the fact that this event is awfully short.

From what looks to be quite a Marvel mystery, the expanse of 8 comics is just short, very short.
Shadowmaster35 - 5/9/2014, 12:36 PM
This is getting good, and the mini team-ups are really weird (but weird good).
MellanRum - 5/9/2014, 12:51 PM
After reading it again, I would guess that the mystery guy/"boss" is General Ross.
As dethpillow mentioned it does look like he has a mustache, Panther's attitude towards him is not very friendly, and it would (kind of) make sense that he would put together those teams.
Also, Moon Knight asks if the "crazy stories" about him are true and about him being dead (Ross "died" during the whole Red Hulk storyline), but I'm not sure what's currently going on with him since I'm not caught up with Thunderbolts.

They make it seem like he (whoever it is), is involved in the murder because of the bullet he's seen holding, but I think it's a red herring to keep the reader guessing and that that person just has more information than anyone else. Who knows though.

Awesome start to this event, great idea to keep the reader involved and guessing without giving too much away. Really looking forward to the next issue.

Who's Slutty McSlut next to Wolvie?
CorndogBurglar - 5/9/2014, 1:18 PM
@ Melkaticox

Emma Frost. Read comics much?
Indoorsman - 5/9/2014, 1:21 PM
Punisher and Dr. Strange together? Odd pairing.
Karmatron - 5/9/2014, 1:43 PM
Revert back Wolverine rights to Fox so they can have him on Dark Horse Comics where they will surely make him justice
H3LLBLAZER - 5/9/2014, 1:46 PM
Every time I hear about this Original Sin, it reminds of this.
Karmatron - 5/9/2014, 1:58 PM
that is a great Constantine cover
8thDynasty - 5/9/2014, 2:39 PM
can someone explain why they have street level characters mixed up in this mess?

why the hell is Punisher playing CSI over some alien body in a different dimension?

this looks stupid.
SugarYumYum - 5/9/2014, 3:03 PM
@Melka Um, excuse you sir but that is a Queen.
mgeoff88 - 5/9/2014, 10:05 PM
Winter Soldier, Moon Knight, and Gamora? That is such a random team.
case - 5/9/2014, 10:43 PM
Jason Aaron is a [frick]ing dude.
RetroFit - 5/9/2014, 10:52 PM
I want to see Luke Evans play Doctor Strange in the movie.
