Oliver isn't dead. Remember guys in order to use the pit someone must still be alive. So although it may seem as Oliver is dead because I mean he got his ass handed to him and kicked off a damn mountain. He has to be hanging on to dearlofe so that he can use the pit. I could be wrong but who knows. Lol

@TheBatman777 in new 52 continuity Jason Todd is revived with the Lazarus pit, as there is not Superboy prime. Also R'as tries to take Damian to what he thinks is a Lazarus pit on themiscra(? Spelling) to revive him. He doesn't because it's not actually a Lazarus Pit. So there is some(albeit shitty) source material for a Lazarus pit to bring someone back from the dead.

So Oliver gets:

1) impaled by a sword through the chest / lung area
2) falls head first down a mountain
3) naked in the snow

Any human = DEAD. Not barely alive, but dead.

But somehow Oliver survives this because in order to use the Lazarus Pit, one must still be barely alive. Then he'll also have to survive having his lifeless body dragged there.

Like a lot of people said, so far Season 3 is my LEAST favorite, weakest of the series.

I don't know but everything just has a level of "corny-ness".

Not a fan of the Bat... I mean "Arrow Begins" rehash; it's like the writers asking themselves 'what should we do with Arrow? Let's use him to tell Batman stories!' Might as well just ended Arrow in S2 and started a new Batman TV show. Also not feeling the Batman & Robin aka Arrow & Arsenal ride along.

Even the crossover felt corny (Flash could've EASILY bounded "Captain Boomerang" on the subway instead of removing all the people one by one by one by one by one, then finishing up by posing with Oliver at the end, corny - that probably took longer than if Flash had just taken "Captain Boomerang" out instead)

As horrible of an excuse as it sounds, but a master assassin would know exactly where to impale someone and still have them survive it. lol He wasn't impaled in the chest, it was in his side. Dead or not, it doesn't matter because he will be back in about 3 or 4 episodes....

What if Ollie took Mirakuru before the fight. Knowing that he would lose, that way he can try and food Ra's into thinking he is dead, and knowing that he has an antidote to take after he heals.

Mid Season Finale sucked. Felicity is.. not the same character she was, literally looking to ride a man's dick just because he's a super-hero. It was okay at first but it's getting somewhat repetitive. Laurel.. ugh.. Oliver getting his ass kicked by Ra's and KILLED really ticked me off. That shit was the last straw for me. This series is as dead as Oliver is to me

Bennett seems like a really cool guy. He is a terrific actor as well. He gave us what is most likely the best Deathstroke that we will probably get. He was great.
