Tatiana Maslany is just terrific in these roles. Her acting is so spot that sometimes you forget it is the same person playing all those characters. Orphan Black is one of my favorite shows on right now.

S2 wasn't that great imo, but I'm still curious to watch S3. Why? Because the show has this

Tatiana Maslany as Sarah Manning
Tatiana Maslany as Alison Hendrix
Tatiana Maslany as Cosima Niehaus
Tatiana Maslany as Helena Manning
Tatiana Maslany as Rachel Duncan
Tatiana Maslany as Various Others

and it [frick]ing works. Tatiana is delightful! There are really few shows I watch mostly because of one actor/actress, but this is one. :)

She plays multiple characters. It gets a little weird in season 2, but the first season is fantastic.

She is the best actress on television right now. The only reason I ever watched this show was cause someone fancasted her as Captain Marvel saying she had skills. I wanted to sees what the hype was about and she has not let me down. I watched both seasons in the last two weeks and I cannot wait for season 3. She doesn’t have the stature I want out of an Carol Danvers but she can have almost any other role in the MCU she wants. She would’ve been a brilliant Janet Van Dyne.

Can we not refer to Netflix as "Television"? Daredevil is shot in a cable format if anything, like Game of Thrones, less like Arrow.

So I take it everyone that foes to those Marvel/DC articles that offer just an ounce of info and sometimes it's just a bullshit rumor must have a Marvel/DC fetish ? no ?

A couple of us care so yeah someone does care. If you don't care then feel free not to come to Orphan black articles, it's what I do with Arrow articles(I don't care for the show so I don't go).

Nope not a gimmick nor is like this 1 dimensional characters that Eddie Murphy played that the whole audience could tell it was just him in a wig and funny voices. You're comparison is a poor one.

Holy Shit! THat person read my mind, I was thinking about Tatiana as Carol but I came to the same conclusion as you did. Although I still would love to see her as Carol or any major Marvel hero.

Have you seen her in "Woman in Gold" movie ? The movie is meh, but she's terrific in it. Oh, and all her lines and performance is in German ... damn is she just full of surprises.

She is one of the best actresses in the world in my opinion. Her performance(s) in Orphan Black are brilliant. She deserves awards for what she does (but i dont see her getting any recognition as long as Robin Wright is working)

I hope she starts getting big roles soon (its a shame she didnt get the lead role in a star wars film). She has been in a few good films (Picture Day, Cas and Dylan) and is always great. She even played an 11 year old in Ginger Snaps 2, when she was 19 and was very convincing. There is honestly nothing she cant do

Well the Orphan Black comic was the top selling comic of February so apparently lots of people care.
