Holland's reaction = priceless.

I'll tell you what Civil War is about Holland.

It's about Iron Man being a bitch and be really mad at Captain America for some reason even stating that Tony was Cap's friend even though most of the Cap and Tony banter in Avengers and Age of Ultron was banter setting up a conflict between them in Civil War and not friendly banter. Not like how Tony sees it like how we saw it between Bucky and Cap through Cap 1 and Cap 2 which showed Bucky as Cap as friends and we saw in the Civil War trailer when those 2 grandpas gangbanging Iron Man. Also Ant-Man wants to rub Captain America's body and fans are excited for a teenager meeting a 90 year old man. There's also a woman and a robot who in the comics get married and bone.

WTF I just realized Cap Civil War is kind of messed up when looking at it.

Not sure if Captain America Civil War anymore or videotape from a weekend at @Gusto . Minus the woman being involved in @Gusto 's weekend. Except for his wife but nothing Elizabeth Olsen type. I'm sure @Gusto 's wife uses some type of robot to help her

To be fair i'd probably do the same thing he did, the one thing I would hate about being a Director, Writer Actor is knowing everything that happens before watching the movie, thus I couldn't get a good honest opinion of it. So good on ya Holland.

Yeah cause you would get their approval now when their isn't enough time to change anything related to Spider-Man, you wouldn't get their approval back in the script phase no no. [frick]ing Hell, he is just making up bullshit now. Or his "Sources" are [frick]ing with him

Pfffftttttt Marvel doesn't need clearance from a studio that f&*ked up their most beloved character.
If a screening took place, it was Feige walking into Sony and saying "Sit down and let daddy show you how to Spider-man"

@ThanToast,

Actually Marvel does need clearance from Sony, since Sony owns the cinematic rights to Spider-man.

Still wish he had a full fledged roll in the movie. But hey at least he's in it. I hope they save iron spider for infinity war because spiderman will need more firepower to fight thanos

Captain America turned down Iron Man's sexual advances because he's already in love with Bucky, so now they got bad blood and all their crews are going to war. Am I wrong?

"If eisenberg said he didn't know what bvs was was all about, the whole of cyberspace would explode into a outrage, but now is marvels newfound teen sensation everybody buttkissin lmfao!"

Few people, if any, actually like Eisenburg as Lex. Notwithstanding, he's a major part of BvS, therefore would have had to read the whole script. Most people, if not everyone, loves Holland as Spidey. But, he's not a major player (that we know, really), seeing as he filmed his parts in a week or two. It makes sense, if you stop to think about it.

"a totally dumb thing to say, though i suspect he just trying to keep paparazzi off his back."

So it wasnt so dumb after all, eh?

"so when the mcu solo spidey kick off how he gon pull through if he don't keep his mouth shut?"

So you're taking his moment of self-deprecating levity that seriously?

"prolly improv the whole scenes, then develop a concussion to forget what he acted cos he don't wanna blab off."

Umm... what?

"either that or the movie bomb hard cos he a chatterbox."

Umm...what?

"this nyukka think the whole comicbook fandom retarded maybe.smdh..."

Maybe not all of comic book fandom...

MCUMSpiderman - 12/9/2015, 1:44 PM
When Tom Holland says he only filmed for two weeks, it was as Peter Parker! Stuntmen were still around the set like EW reported. So fans, stop worrying, he still has about 4 or 5 scenes.

I promise I'm not out to target you, but...

First off, how many interviews of his have you heard/read? he said he was going to "steal" aspects of previous depictions of Spider-Man (like Tobey's decent Parker, or Andrew's decent Spider-Man), but meld them into his own take. And that's how his depiction of the character as a whole, not just in this one movie, in which he's not going to be in a whole lot.

Also, he said he doesn't know a lot about the script of the movie. He knew enough to film his scenes, but not much else (assuming he's legit and throwing a smokescreen). Not that he didn't know about the character. Just... y'know... think a little...

BlanketMan
BlanketMan - 12/9/2015, 1:46 PM
A week or two of filming could equal a somewhat significant role. One-scene cameos can be done in a day or two, especially if we're talking about a character who wears a full-body suit and mask - Holland's only needed for scenes when Parker's face is shown, which hopefully there aren't many of.

@heartcollector9 i hope you know the spidey that unmasked hisself in the civil war comicbook was no teenager right?feige n the russos taking too many liberties with the source material casting a guy this young, young enough to be downey son.i just wish spidey in civil war will be man enough to call his own shots, not some robinesque sidekick looking up to the older heroes.
