"Starting a new season is funny. First of all, you really can't overstate what a relentless schedule this show demands. We've never seen a script in the 47 episodes we've shot so far, that had me thinking: "Well... this should be relatively easy." Everything is always an attempt to be bigger and bolder all the time. Which I love. If we ever settled into a rhythm that suggested a creative complacency was starting to fester, I'd probably lose my mind. Because I'm an actor. And even the most rational actors are crazy by any reasonable measurement. So... you start a new season and you think - like the first day of school, that you'll just ease into things. I mean... you never took a test, much less an exam on the first day. Well, that's not how things work on our show. We are full speed ahead, stakes high and we haven't even broken for lunch. It's good to be back. Really good.' - Stephen Amell

One can only hope we get to see more Diggle action!

One of those is merely a back scratcher.
shabat - 7/9/2014, 1:27 PM

One of those looks like one of those fluid flow blockage devices.
McGee - 7/9/2014, 1:30 PM
One of them is definitely a suppository.

I agree, I like drama, but I hate this CW bullshit. Give it some suspense and flesh out your characters before coming up with plotpoints.

"What lies ahead for the incredibly popular show?"

Oh, come on…stand up for what you believe. If you think it's the best comic book television series, then say it and KEEP IT.

Arrow is indeed the best comic book television series on air and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. stands no chance…that series lost all of its juices after it made Garrett turn into a campy joke(I STILL HATE THAT!).

Although, I will say Arrow will finally get some competition this upcoming season…The Flash, Constantine, Gotham, Agent Carter, Daredevil. Five shows that I am excited for. I will no doubt love The Flash, I'm excited to see Constantine done right and what DC characters may appear in that show and I'm hopeful for what Gotham could become as the idea of it being centered on Jim Gordon and Bruce Wayne's youth is interesting. Agent Carter has me pumped for many reasons, and it's not just the beautiful Hayley Atwell, but also because I'm far more interested in even seeing the formation of S.H.I.E.L.D. rather than present day S.H.I.E.L.D. because you can see part of that with the live-action films anyways. And Daredevil…just imagine the Netflix shows doing very well and Moon Knight getting some action…that would be a dream come true.
dnno1 - 7/9/2014, 5:13 PM
@AlphaAndDecima, Arrow will not compete directly with these shows since they are not in the same time slot.
GuardianAngel - 7/9/2014, 5:19 PM

As a fan of Arrow, I recommend you watch some more popular shows. Arrow is fine, but not nearly as good as you think. Most episodes are fillers with easter eggs at the end to leave the fans going crazy.
SniktBub - 7/9/2014, 5:28 PM
Wasn't the first episode's name "A Storm is Coming"?
batmanvsuperman - 7/9/2014, 5:50 PM
Dig don't need a suit he is Ollie Alfred and felicity is his choler from smallville and laurel is his lana lane and Sara is his Lois and Roy is his green arrow from smallville if that makes since

@ dnno1

"Arrow will not compete directly with these shows since they are not in the same time slot."

Not once did I ever speak of competing time slots. I am referring to the genre as a whole. I thought I made that clear once I even mentioned Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

@ GuardianAngel

"As a fan of Arrow, I recommend you watch some more popular shows"

The irrelevance in your comment is astounding.

1.) What does this even mean?
2.) Do you actually think I ONLY watch Arrow?
3.) "Popular shows?" So…I should be watching NCIS? The only "popular shows" that's still on air that I watch is Person of Interest, The Big Bang Theory, 24: Live Another Day and The Blacklist. Hannibal hasn't gotten some big numbers rating-wise, nor has Grimm or Supernatural.

Arrow...Great Show. I haven't missed an episode. Now that we have accepted Super-Powers in this universe, can we get a Green Arrow that actually SHOOTS ARROWS! Don't get me wrong. I really really like the occasional Smoke bomb and grappling hook trick but where are the impossible shots? The super-human shots? The show needs more arrows flying and less choreographed ninja fights with Ra's al Ghul disciples. More awesome arrow shots or re-name the character Green Ninja.
PenditaMarah - 7/10/2014, 1:13 AM
I heard that Brandon routh was casted as atom in Arrow...anyone can confirmed it?
case - 7/10/2014, 8:30 AM
[frick] Argentina. But this is rad. I didn't think it was starting so soon.
