Receiving confirmation last week that it was attached to this Friday's release of Captain America: The First Avenger, it's no surprise eager Spidey fans have captured and posted the first teaser trailer for Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man reboot. While it's expected to be officially released this week, watch a shaky-cam version below!

The Amazing Spider-Man focuses more on Peter Parker’s high school days and the development of his powers while navigating the troubles of a brainy geek in high school. And starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field, the films swings into theaters July 3, 2012 in 3D!

I'm pumped to see the movie, but at the same time I can't help but to feel like it's so soon to retell the origin! I feel like it was only yesterday when I saw Toby Maguire doing the same exact thing during that little transformation scene LOL

That CGI New York skyline sequence needs some improvement when it's next to those great shots on their RED EPIC. Bring on the Lizard!

That's not very spider-manish! And I am a hardcore spidey fan. Anyway, I'm not going to make any conclusions until I see the film. But I don't like what I see. But, if you like it, hey, that's fine. Your opinion man. Just like it's mine that I don't care for it.

It's up to the Lizard to make this movie, if the villain looks crappy, visually this movie will flop. The origin story bores me to death, I hope they will pass it fast and build a new story.

But honestly feels dramatic in the sense of certain Indie dramas I've watched are and not in a "Nolanesque" way or "Twilight"

I liked his films but if the reboot looked good to me then I would be all for it. This does not look good to me.

The tone is exactly what I expected, but the execution is worst than I imagined. Trying to turn Spidey into Spider-man begins to a teen-drama soundtrack is an epic, epic, FAILURE. Garfield's range of acting is limited to the exact character he played in the Social Network. The video-game-cam is atrocious and everyone knows it. Looks really cheap like an off-season movie. Not a summer blockbuster. Looks like a Liondgate film. The general public is going eat this thing alive and shit it out. This reboot was too soon and poorly executed. We need MARVEL STUDIOS more than ever after seeing this shit. Guy playing Conners, good luck. The entire film rides on the Lizard now. They better have spent the entire budget on Lizard and plan on showing an action-packed lure trailer after this. Artsy teen angst Spider-man with Jersey shore soundtrack? G, T, F, O!
