Hey bub!!

Lookin' pretty good, I must say. I did read somewhere on CBM that Silver Samurai and the Samurai mech are two different things, it was a comment from someone who apparently read the script...they had Picard as their user pic. Just saying, I hope it's true.

Thor: The Dark World is 2013's Captain America: The First Avenger as best Marvel movie of the year. Best comicbook movie of the year is this years X-Men First Class and that is... The Wolverine. Suck it haters!

"You twisted mutant b^tch."

Love it.
Bodwulf - 7/8/2013, 6:01 PM
They showed how he will defeat Silver Samurai. Well no need to see the film now. I like a spoiler or two but, geez.
WYLEEJAY - 7/8/2013, 6:03 PM
In the Wolverine anime it was a big statue of a samurai that he fought. A robot would make more sense. It reminds me of that bad bot in Robocop 2.

can't wait to see silver samurai & wolverine tear it up.

DanteSparda - 7/8/2013, 6:26 PM
Awesome!! It looks really good so far! Can wait to watch this movie, hope this becomes the movie of the year!

Also a small public service announcement here, for anyone excited about this movie I recomend you to avoid reading the comment section starting a week prior to this movie release (July 26) and until you actually watch it to avoid potential spoilers, unfortunately for me I was spoiled the plot twists of Iron Man 3 and Man of Steel by trolls before those movies where even released so watch out.

@DEATHbyEXILE

HahAhhAhaahahAhahaAHAHa, niceeee!

@Bodwulf

You assume too much, who says that's the "final boss" of the movie? Also who says that's the real Silver Samurai and not only a guard mech?
Thegeekygurl - 7/8/2013, 6:53 PM
Hopefully the train scene is the worst scene in the film.
Everything else looks great.

TheWolverine08 - 7/8/2013, 7:05 PM
I'm hoping this turns out to be great, and proves the haters wrong. I'm hyped! #TheWolverine

At the beginning of May, if you had asked me which CBM would finish 2nd behind IM3, I would have said MOS (which I did like). Now, I'm not so sure. Wolverine might get there if the story avoids getting bogged down with an overly-complex and confusing plot (my fear). Just keep it simple.
OptimusPrimeTime - 7/8/2013, 7:17 PM
This TV spot is the first time I've actually found myself saying "this looks like it could be pretty good."

All the trailers before this just left me feeling how any woman feels when they see @Gusto naked...

...underwhelmed and extremely disappointed.
Maximus101 - 7/8/2013, 7:20 PM
I hope this movie is awesome and violent lol
mob7medina - 7/8/2013, 7:21 PM

CoolantTech - 7/8/2013, 7:39 PM
Dam, thought that was Peter Dinklage in the thumbnail pic for a second
Banner - 7/8/2013, 7:55 PM
I hate the fact that the Silver Samurai looks like a robot that they borrowed from Hugh Jackman's Real Steel, and I hate Real Steel.

WYLEEJAY - 7/8/2013, 8:02 PM
How many times do people have to say that the robot is a separate character?
DanteSparda - 7/8/2013, 8:28 PM
not enough
WYLEEJAY - 7/8/2013, 8:34 PM
Somebody pull up that BTS shot of Wolverine at that funeral. The one where you can see the back of Silver Samurais head in his helmet. Normal sized person. There was also a very quick glimpse of him in the one trailer. Theres more proof that they are two separate characters than otherwise.
YoungThanos - 7/8/2013, 8:57 PM
The Wolverine is pure trash truck juice.

I'll go see Pacific Rim or Red2 that weekend.
DanteSparda - 7/8/2013, 10:13 PM
@YoungThanos

So you know is trash without even seeing it? And it doesn't look like you will ever watch it and yet here you are, may I ask you why?
CorronZenith30 - 7/8/2013, 11:14 PM
yes, this is looking good... really hoping it doesn't disappoint
TheGambitFreakIsBatmanOfCBM - 7/8/2013, 11:25 PM
@Spideyman: If the mechanized suit is in fact the Silver Samurai, then they changed the costume dramatically from the script. The script clearly states he has a Japanese "Red Sun" emblem across his chest. The robotic suit does not...

Also, people seem to have forgotten these set pics.

And also, if that mech suit is the Silver Samurai, yes, they would've had to change the script big time, cause most of his fight scenes are in tight, claustrophobic rooms. And the only place I see that big ass thing being able to move around in is that warehouse looking room. Plus, the Silver Samurai is an actual guy trying to become master of the Yakuza Clan. That big ass suit just seems retarded for him. More getting in the way than helping out.
TheGambitFreakIsBatmanOfCBM - 7/9/2013, 12:27 AM
Man, just seeing him say "Hey, Bub" reminds me of how no matter whoever takes his place after he quits, Hugh will always be my Wolverine. It's not about the height (Asgardian females are suppose to be the same height as above average males, if how tall someone is, is what you're pissed about, please, kill yourself). Hugh has embodied Logan flawlessly. His dedication and rugged look bode well for the 'Ol Canucklehead.

deamon - 7/9/2013, 12:30 AM
Big robot is S.H.I.V.A., not Silver Samurai.
WYLEEJAY - 7/9/2013, 12:38 AM
@gambitfreak. THANK YOU! That's exactly the pic I was talking about!
NeoBaggins - 7/9/2013, 12:40 AM
Logan's pretty strong. Tackling Sideswipe before he could transform and roll out.
MightyZeus - 7/9/2013, 12:58 AM
This is going to be the best cbm of the year. I cant wait.
The Wolverine!!!!
Highflyer - 7/9/2013, 1:59 AM
