"making the lamest choices as he chose Ultron for the second Avengers movie by announcing the subtitle as Age of Ultron instead of having 6 to 8 villains lined up as the MCU's Master's of Evil for the movie"
it was whedons choice to make ultron the villian, huge lol at that last paragraph

Chameleon would be best used as an endgame reveal. Kraven has been cornered or defeated or whatever, but Chameleon is his partner is disguised as a prominent character throughout the movie.

That @gamecreatorjj is why Marvel should include Scorpion, Shocker, Rhino, or Vulture in this film incase they do use Kraven

gamecreatorjj - 8/7/2015, 5:12 PM
@PredatorRIsing that's assuming that Kraven couldn't carry the movie on his own, which I think he could.

They could pull off multiple villains well though, I would personally like to see Alistar Smythe or King Pin put a bounty on Spiderman's head, which prompts Kraven. Then later we see Smythe displeased with Kraven's efforts and creates the Spider Slayers, of which Scorpion could be the leader of.

@AlexanderLykins I would love it if the movie was as simple as a museum robbery and not any of this 'end of the world' shit we keep getting.

Why do people want mysterio so much all he does is use holograms and optical illusions hes basically Chris Angel with a cape and a fishbowl on his head. Kraven would be a very intense villain since he HUNTS spiderman and spiderman has to actually use a strategy to defeat him instead of just having spiderman hit a villain with a swinging kick like we've seen the past 5 times

You forgot the best part of your last Spiderman editorial: the part where you said that one would be the last editorial you wrote about the film. Seriously, that part was so awesome, and then you made another editorial. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Just no. Please, stop wasting valuable memory on this website's servers (that goes for anyone writing about el mayimbe's rumors while we're at it.)

As for what you suggested......Spiderman is going to be a 15-16 year old kid who is still new to crimefighting. Unless you include a minor villain in a very small role (such as the Leaper at the start of TWS), he is simply not prepared to take on 2 supervillains at the same time, much less 3. And while you do want an Avenger to make an appearance, you shouldn't want the Avenger to have to come save Spidey's butt.

With all the one liners and jokes in the MCU, i can already feel how the new movie would be. You take SM and put him into a universe where even the Mandarin is a funny guy, you know what to expect. Im not saying SM should be dark or something down that line but i Dont think the SM of this universe can out do the SM trilogy, no matter hes a teen,a 50 year old guy or a black guy.

I know it won't happen, but I'd enjoy Kingpin being the brains behind the villains. I'd have Kingpin paying Scorpion, Mysterio & Hydro-Man to do his business and take down Spider-Man.

Just have Mysterio work with Chameleon in a heist movie for the first one. Ends with Mysterio being caught, Chameleon getting away. Post credits scene we see Chameleon in Russia whith his brother, and sets up that Kraven is now becoming interested in Spiderman.

Second movie, you find out that the goons were working for the Kingpin. Maybe the second film just goes all out with mob war. Silvermaine sees this as time to strike at the Kingpin's organization. Bring in some guys like Hammerhead, maybe even Scorpion as Spiderman's involvement with screwing up the Kingpin's plans leads to him having Smythe create the Scorpion to take out Spiderman so the Kingpin can concetrate more on combating Silvermaine. At the end, Spidey is of course triumphant, but in the last scene of Spidey standing victorious over the Scorpion, POW! Spidey gets blindsided by Kraven, who says something formidible and foreboding. Movie ends.
3rd film begins rigt where he second ended, big fight between a very tired Spiderman and Kraven as Spidey tries to get away and recover, but Kraven having none of it. Spidey is saved by a cameo appearence from maybe Daredevil or several of the Defenders. He gets to regroup. Kraven and Spidey go at it, with the end being Kraven appatently dies. I have more detailed ideas that would flesh this out a bit better, but i guess I'd have to write my own editorial.

Multiple villains in a movie can definitely work (see Batman Begins - Scarecrow, Ra's Al Ghul, Carmine Falcone), though I didn't really see anything in this article to suggest how that dynamic can be made to work when so often it falls flat.

I might suggest that part of it comes down to visual differentiation (they can't all be costumed characters), part of it comes down to character hierarchy (they can't all be equal partners) and also partly down to plot integration (they need to be part of a single criminal enterprise, not 3 separate stories)
