Which heroes/villains deserve to be in The Avengers 2 and 3?

I give my take on who deserves to be in The Avengers 2 or 3.

Heroes

Black Panther- Black Panther would need a solo movie to prevent confusion before he became part of the Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Captain Marvel- He would need a solo movie to explain what he is and how he ended up on Earth.

Iron Fist- He would need a solo film before he becomes a Avenger to explain his powers.

Henry Pym- Pym would be a good choice for an Avengers sequel or prequel. He would be a hero that would either have to be introduced in a solo movie, or appear in multiple other Marvel movies like Iron Man 3, Captain America 2, etc.

Luke Cage- He should have a solo film with Iron Fist before he becomes an Avenger or people will think he's a black Superman rip-off.

Mockingbird- They could just introduce her in an Avengers movie. Like Hawkeye, she could have a ten second cameo in Captain America 2 or Iron Man 3.

Ms. Marvel- She wouldn't need a solo film, she'd just need to be shown transforming into Ms. Marvel in Avengers 2, and making her debut in Avengers 3.

Namor- Namor COULD have a solo movie, but he could have a cameo in Captain America 2 or The Avengers 2, then, if they do it like that, make his debut in Avengers 3.

Spider-Man- Avi Arad said that is possible for Spidey to join the Avengers 2 or 3. I highly doubt it(to much lawyers and contracts), but hey, a guy can dream.

Spider-Woman- She could be introduced in a SHIELD movie and join The
Avengers in it's sequel or prequel, depending on when the SHIELD film comes out.

Vision- He should be introduced in Avengers 2 or 3, whenever Ultron appears. I really wouldn't care if Coulson was Vision or not. I really don't want to go the Wonder Man route.

Wasp- She would need to be introduced in a solo film or in multiple films along with Henery Pym before becoming an Avenger.

Wonder Man- He could be introduced in the beginning of an Avengers film. Then, be turned into Wonder Man by AIM. Then, when realizing he is a freak, he join The Masters of Evil. The, after realizing that he could use his new powers for good and joins The Avengers.

Villains

Graviton- He should be introduced in a SHIELD movie.

Hydra- A modern day Hydra should be side villains.

Masters of Evil- They should be the villains introduced in previous Marvel films. Red Skull should return and someone else should become Whiplash. Justin Hammer should return along with Mandarin, Fire Power, Cold War. Whoever is in Thor 2, not Loki. Abomination. The Leader should be introduced and should lead the team, assisted by Justin Hammer. Wonder Man is part villain.

Skrulls/Kree- They should be introduced during the third Avengers film. And Super Skrull is the only Skrull owned by Fox.

Thanos- Save Thanos for Avengers 3. Have him appear above Earth at the end of Avengers 2.

Ultron- He would have to be introduced in a Giant Man film.

Skruls movie rights actually don't belong to Marvel, it's the people who own the FF movie rights. So Skrulls are off the table, thats why their weren't in Avengers.

Also A.I.M is in Iron Man 3.

Actually the super skrull is the only skrull exclusively owned by the FF people. Everything else is shared property
Ghostt - 6/17/2012, 7:41 PM
I agree many of them should be in Avengers 3. But only Ant man and black panther should be in Avengers 2
TheMyth - 6/17/2012, 8:24 PM
Cool! I dig many of the choices. Ant-Man and Vision I think are shoe-ins, we're getting them whether we want them or not(most want them :P). One thing I want to rant on though... I want somebody to give me 1 good reason why Coulson can't be Vision, and personal preference DOES NOT COUNT lol. Personally, I'd rather we never have Vision if we have to go through all the Wonder Man shit. I don't even care if Clark plays Vision or not, but Agent Coulson should be the one and easily fits the bill as the person whose brainwave algorithms are used to give Vision personality. It's already there, it's set up and sooo logical and so much easier. I honestly feel like those against it are objecting purely on a fanboy basis. Prove me wrong, gimme 1 logical reason why not, just 1 and I'll shut up about it.

So many thing allude to it anyway that I think it's a forgone conclusion. They went out of their way to toss in some foreshadowing to Coulson becoming Vision, my favorite being the reference to his cellist girlfriend. And yes there was a med team on site the moment Fury stepped back from his body, go watch it again if you don't believe it. I strongly get the idea that Pym (with Ultron and Vision) is part of Phase 2 and that Ultron will be the reason the Avengers separate themselves from SHIELD.

Heroes I'd like to see in the MCU (not just Avengers Roster) by the 3rd flic:
Black Panther
Dr. Strange
Namor
Luke Cage and Iron Fist
Ms. Marvel
Vision
Nova
Inhumans

Villains:
Ultron
Enchantress
Taskmaster***
return of Red Skull
AIM
Hydra

I accually would prefer that Coulson as Vision, but I originally put that (on a different article) and like every comment was telling me how retarded I was.
SUPASEGO - 6/17/2012, 9:01 PM
hmmmmmm.... MightyMoHawk didn't know the Namor is licensed by Sony..
Anyway... I'm not sure if all the characters MightMoHawks said should get solo movies.. I think TV or Cable movies and then place the character in an Avengers sequel.. The saturation of these characters in the thearters would be a bad mistake. The thing is these movies are a driving force in the economy.. The quality has to stay great. And hopefully D.C. Comics puts out quality films as well.
...........................

Black Panther should be in Capt America's movie sequel possibly in flashback scenes.. And I still say a joint effort should be done to share licensed characters held by Sony & Fox with Disney/Marvel should be done for future Marvel movies..
But greed will get in the way..

Accually, Kevin Fiege announced that Marvel had the rights to Namor.

i disagree with some of your conclusions on who would need a solo film and who would not.

Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Pym and Wasp could all be introduced through other characters movies and could be part of a greater story line (i.e secret invasion).

Captain Marvel's human alias could be introduced during one of the upcoming IM, Cap, or Avengers movie. So too, could Carol Danvers and the Pyms. Their origins somewhat tie into the larger story and add to it as they are introduced, thus making the characters more intriguing and important to the genreal viewing audience.

Solo movies to introduced characters should be saved for "larger" characters like Black Panther. But none of these chracters should just be dropped in your lap; they all need and deserve their setup from the larger Marvel properties currently in the MCU.
JokerFanHAhaHA - 6/18/2012, 5:40 PM
MrDuck- Whedon said himself that Skrulls are in a "gray area" in which it isn't CERTAIN who has the exclusive rights to them, so to be safe, they're not going to be in the movies.

Besides, why would they add the Skrulls, when they ALREADY did the huge alien army?
fangz - 6/19/2012, 5:19 AM
i pretty much agree with u, JokerFanHAhaHA, since they used alien invasion, i'd rather see the Skrulls saved for one of the FF movies.
the points for having them appear in Avengers 2 or 3 are that first, they are pretty radically different in their shape changing ability. i don't think it'd be hordes of Skrulls flying down on New York, it might have more of a smaller, paranoid, horror movie type tone to it, as they began to discover who the Skrulls had already gotten to.
and then secondly, if u look at the original Star Wars, the big armies in each film were Stormtroopers, just dressed a little different. not a perfect example becuz they all covered a pretty unified story arc. but still, it shows that it's really the bad guys pulling the strings that make it work or not.
(i don't think they got away with pulling the Death Star out twice, tho. i mean, there's something sort of cool and pulpy about how simple it was, but they're lucky that worked out ok)
Skrulls like Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are things that i remember Feige, i think, saying were shared property. but for Wanda and Pietro, Marvel couldn't mention anything about mutants and Fox couldn't mention them being Avengers.
fangz - 6/19/2012, 5:41 AM
oh, &definitely Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver. that's what i wanted to say in the first place.
i'm surprised they aren't on every list. they could tie them in easy without the mutant thing. like in a SHIELD movie. these gypsys operating in some Balkan nation and then maybe Black Widow and Hawkeye cross their path on a SHIELD mission to bust up an AIM or Hydra operation.
or Cap's out there chasing down Zemo splicing up some Castle Wolfenstein type stuff.
dellamorte1872 - 6/19/2012, 7:21 AM
a oerfect reason for COULSON NOT BEING VISION? they (shield) WOULD NOT save coulsons brain algorithms. FOR YRS ON THE OFF CHANCE THEY MAY BE VALUABLE
dellamorte1872 - 6/19/2012, 7:25 AM
WHY WOULD SHIELD DO THAT? ITS COMPLETELY NONSENSICAL EVEN FOR A CBM
dellamorte1872 - 6/19/2012, 7:38 AM
it IS only a pipedream prolonged by "fanboys" like you no offense
MightyMohawks - 6/19/2012, 7:43 AM

None taken. I like hearing other people give me their opinion. It helps me write my fanfic.
dellamorte1872 - 6/19/2012, 8:16 AM
good i truly meant it with all due respect but as i stated; you wanted a GOOD reason, and thats a beaut!
dellamorte1872 - 6/19/2012, 8:20 AM
i say its PYM he has to be in A2 but then by the end dies (prolly sacrificing himself to stop ULTRON) AND PYM'S ALGORITHYMS GO INTO VISION
dellamorte1872 - 6/19/2012, 8:22 AM
easy for audiences to understand he's "PYM" but not any more! which is ripe for existential analysis in A3
dellamorte1872 - 6/19/2012, 8:26 AM
IS HE A ROBOT WHO DREAMS OF BEING A MAN? OR A MAN WHOSE DOOMED TO EXIST AS A ROBOT?
dellamorte1872 - 6/19/2012, 8:52 AM
my ideas are copyrighted too lol i'll straight up sue MARVEL if they copy my ideas
MightyMohawks - 6/19/2012, 12:03 PM
^^^^^
Those are acually pretty good ideas. That would be awesome!!!
dezdigi - 6/19/2012, 12:09 PM
I'm pretty excited to see what Phase 2 will encompass.
fangz - 6/21/2012, 12:54 AM
@dellamorte872 - u can't copyright the concept of Hank Pym being used to make Vision.
dellamorte1872 - 6/21/2012, 2:58 AM
character NO story YES lol learn legality
dellamorte1872 - 6/21/2012, 2:59 AM
if they want my way of doing shit then we talk otherwise believe me i have my bases covered
dellamorte1872 - 6/21/2012, 3:01 AM
there is DOCUMENTATION; you understand that? ;)
dellamorte1872 - 6/21/2012, 3:03 AM
writers develop concepts for characters they dont OWN them same as NOLAN can fuse DUCARD/RAS creatively there are wormholes
