This action-packed Star Trek game is based in the continuity set up in the 2009 reboot of Gene Roddenberry's classic series by J. J. Abrams. The Star Trek video game offers a sweeping journey of epic proportions across unexplored planets and enemy battleships with the latest 23rd century weapons and gear. It boasts a story filled with action-packed combat as Kirk and Spock work together to stop a legendary enemy race bent on conquering the galaxy. And for the first time ever, players are cast as Captain James T. Kirk and Spock in an unprecedented co-op experience, where the complementary personalities of these iconic characters push players to make strategic use of their alliance. Star Trek: The Game is developed by Digital Extremes (Bioshock) and will be published by Paramount Digital Entertainment and Namco Bandaiand. The game hits store shelves in the US March 30th, 2013!

it looks too much like Mass Effect. That's cool because they're related, but it won't be better.

It actually connects the two movies... And involves the Gorn which look a lot better than their previous incarnation.

Why doesn't this have a team, since it already looks like Mass Effect? Should be able to have at least 1 more member on your team with a choice of the others (Scotty, Uhura, Chekov, Sulu; heck, I'll take Janice Rand and Lieutenant Arex even.)

look about as stupis as the movie, i can still can give a shit about this crew. Bring back Picard or Kirk.

Looks a lot like mass effect, which will make it hard for me to play it because mass effect is my favorite series EVER and playing this will probably make me want to play mass effect again. Having said that, game looks like it might be fun co-op
