Go ahead and hit me if you want, but I never liked the series. This however looks a little less campy, and alot better. I'm looking forward to this.
whytry2hard - 1/8/2010, 9:33 AM
man does this look terrible.
Shaman - 1/8/2010, 9:34 AM
Meh... Expendables looked a bit better. Still decent though :) Glad the van is accurate, that's a must.
Betty - 1/8/2010, 9:38 AM

skidz - 1/8/2010, 9:42 AM
I wasn't a fan of the series, but this might actually be entertaining. Weird cast range, but interesting.
StephenStrange - 1/8/2010, 9:43 AM

Holy crow what a surprise!
GUNSMITH - 1/8/2010, 9:44 AM
I HAD MY DOUBTS, BUT DAMN THAT LAST PART GOT ME GOOD... IM SO THERE.
WarNoodle - 1/8/2010, 9:54 AM
sigh.. why did they get rampage for Mr. T?.. that kills it for me.. The guy has never acted in his life, and it shows!
Ranger14 - 1/8/2010, 10:02 AM
I think they did a great job with the cast. That is what appeals to me most. Rampage is the only one I have the slightest concern about. Grif is happy...solid way to end the week.
DeathWalker - 1/8/2010, 10:04 AM
Oh boy that looked a lot better then I thought it was going to be....looking forward to it now.
EphPhaThaINC - 1/8/2010, 10:04 AM
Yeah its under the umbrella Fox (for distribution purposes for the most part) , but it is also headed up by Scott Free (Tony and Ridley's production company) so you know that it is gonna be very high octane. It is directed by Joe Carnahan who directed Narc and both Smoking Aces movies, which are both gritty, intense and down right fun.

But the best part about the A-Team movie is that Stephen J. Canal (the very guy that brought the team to life in the 80sis both producer and head source writer and created it.)

Time and again, I have said if a remake of an old show, series, comic book, etc is gonna be successful it must have the original creator on the forefront of its production. Whether used as a head creative consultant to the source material or producing it.

Its an origin piece thrust in modern day and if successful it could be the start of a franchise.

I love how they show parts (without revealing much in the trailer) of their escape which was really awesome by the way)

Its no "trailer movie" where the entire movie was shown in two minutes or less. But they gave us a taste of their chemistry together and how they embody their character counterparts from the show.

Yeah that made me very happy to watch and I am glad that my childhood will be done justice

I can't wait to watch it.
GUNSMITH - 1/8/2010, 10:04 AM
DISTRICT 9 GUY ACTUALLY NAILS THAT "MURDOCK" THING
BubbaDude - 1/8/2010, 10:25 AM

Wadey09 - 1/8/2010, 10:26 AM
i was actually worried that this might be another cliche TV show turned movie.
FYI:
i'm not worried anymore!!!!!
hey don't forget to check out my Secret War Fan Cast in the Fan Fic section!!!
BruceWayneNewton - 1/8/2010, 10:27 AM
I like how they replaced "I pity the fool." with "Sucks to be you, Homie." This looks like a good movie and all of the characters are going to be dead on.
sagekilz - 1/8/2010, 10:30 AM
for what it is, it looks pretty good.
gtrman - 1/8/2010, 10:30 AM

MidKnight35 - 1/8/2010, 10:46 AM
Actually doesn't look half bad. I had little hope for this movie (mostly due to the Rampage/UFC falling out) but, this trailer has changed my mind. Good find Multi.
LEEE777 - 1/8/2010, 10:48 AM
Looks [frick]ing cool!!!

You got have a [frick]ing screw loose not wanting to see this!

Gonna take a while to get used to the actors i suppose, still think TERRY CREWS would've been a better B A!

[frick] yeah, 2010 is looking sweet!

Nice on e @ MULTI!!

P.S. BRADLEY COOPER for GUY GARNER!! : P
LEEE777 - 1/8/2010, 10:52 AM

@GRIF

Holy Sh!t!!!!!
matthewmerlin - 1/8/2010, 11:00 AM
I gotta say I was dreading this initially.

I mean this was a staple of my childhood. The stories and characters were SO over the top and goofy, but it was perfect for the time.

I feared they'd turn it into a comedy. Or worse - See G.I. Joe (also known as Revenge of the Killer Tomatoes for the 21st century).

But looking at the trailer, it looks like they've found a balance between goofy fun and playing it straight.

Looking forward to it!

MrSuperheromoviefan - 1/8/2010, 11:01 AM
Looks nice.
LEEE777 - 1/8/2010, 11:13 AM
Gotta luv GRIF!!! ; D
hescian - 1/8/2010, 11:20 AM
I agree, Terry Crews would have been a better BA.
Based on the set pics, no the Van is NOT accurate.
And BA never said "I pity the fool"

As campy and silly and unrealistic as the tv show was, during the first 3 seasons, it was one of the best and most well-liked shows on the tube. Sure, these days for an action series to work, it has to be gritty, dark, and realistic, but in the mid-80's there was a more positive outlook, and that's why show's like this worked. Anyone who wouldn't like the show now, wouldn't like sitcoms from the 80's either. Just a different mood. I've had nothing but negative comments to say about this movie, so I know I sound like I'm just bitching and moaning, but this movie should never have been made.
Again, like music re-makes, other tv show remakes, and even the Star Wars prequels, typically, the people who like the new stuff, don't like the old stuff, so these types of things don't really create a "new generation" of fans. It just ruins a great idea by beating it to death.
SHHH - 1/8/2010, 11:32 AM
BryEL - 1/8/2010, 11:33 AM
For all who thinks Cooper should be Garner, uh uh. I finally watched The Hangover and if were to cut his hair right, he IS Hal Jordan. F*** Reynolds, I'm sorry, but Cooper looks more of the part. Anyways, I LOOOOOVE the A-Team and this trailer... wish B.A. would have Mr. T's crazy accent then I'd be sold.
SHHH - 1/8/2010, 11:37 AM
can't see sh1t here just sh1tty youtube version audio off.., missing video player had to reinstall everything some ass sent me email with a spyware attached and killed my computer have to replace everything..
SHHH - 1/8/2010, 11:39 AM
@BryEL: you are right about Cooper!
hescian - 1/8/2010, 11:41 AM
This Entertainment Tonight interviewer is an idiot.
Like anyone interested in this movie could care less if there is an A-Team love story. How is that "the Big Question"?
SHHH - 1/8/2010, 11:42 AM
I think Rampage has nailed BA Baracus
Hawkfan876 - 1/8/2010, 11:45 AM
I am pumped The A team is back better than ever.
thegreek - 1/8/2010, 11:48 AM

BmanHall - 1/8/2010, 11:57 AM
Probably won't be able to see it by the time I go home. I hate my work computer...
luffycapri - 1/8/2010, 11:59 AM
looks ok
Upupandaway - 1/8/2010, 12:03 PM
As a former 19k (Armored Crewman) in the Army, I loved the tank scene. .50 cal beats plane any time. Looks over the top and fun: perfect for the A-Team. Mr. T and B.A. are synonymous with one another. I hope Rampage puts a lot of himself in the role instead of doing a Mr. T impression. Looks good!
Shaman - 1/8/2010, 12:09 PM
GREAT new avatar BmanHall ;)
thatiscrazy - 1/8/2010, 12:10 PM
I don’t think a Neanderthal of the likes of Rampage Jackson will ever be able to live up to the superbly classically trained Oscar winning performances of the great thespian known as the one and only Mr. T! You see, there was this effortlessness about him that allowed him to slip in and out of multiple characters flawlessly with an ease that Robert Deniro or even the great Denzel Washington can never come close to. Mr. T was the greatest actor of this century, perhaps of all time and I am thoroughly offended that Hollywood is forcing us to bare witness to the tearing down of the great American ICON known as B.A. BARACUS in such an unfortunate blah blah blah…. GTFO THIS MOVIE WILL BE AWSOME!
mapex26 - 1/8/2010, 12:10 PM
Man I am majorly excited for this!!!! Looks fubaring bad ass!!!!!!!
SHAZAM171 - 1/8/2010, 12:10 PM
Thank God, B.A.Baracus has Jewelry. But Lately, hasn't it been the age of the bling-bling though?? LOL
AlexDeLarge87 - 1/8/2010, 12:11 PM
F*CKING AWESOME!!!! LIAM NEESON RULES!
Set2Fallfirst - 1/8/2010, 12:14 PM

airbeyonder18 - 1/8/2010, 12:19 PM
Hmm. I'll have to see more before I actually say whether I want to see it or not.
