Superman would destroy HULK. it wouldn't even be a good fight. Superman would fly in at super speed, pick up the Hulk at a speed of 10,000 miles per hour and carry him out of earth's atmosphere and flip his ass into the sun, before Hulk can even mutter the phrase "Hulk Smash!"

I know the Hulk has accomplished great feats but I highly doubt he would beat the Man of Steel.

Their strength is pretty even, but Superman just has more powers than Hulk.

Superman would beat him like a drum in a super second.
Before the Hulk could finish saying..."HULK SMASH!" He'd be out cold....Superman as he should always be written is much to powerful.
Now....Doomsday vs The Hulk would be interesting for awhile...

the hulks intelligence is higher that a fifth graders even while in hulk form he has picked up on some of banters wit and is not a dumb ape like some assume he may not be a genius by no means but has the capability to use average intelligence and superman would not even stand a chance of picking up the hulk he is stronger than super man and would bat him away like a fly and superman's extra powers maybe a small perk but thats about it just a small perk witch could be easily taken away but either taking him were there is no yellow sun or whipping out some kryptonite and if this is a planned battle the superman has exactly 0% chance of winning banner would come up with some amazing by either luring him away from the sun or obtaining or creating some kryptonite way of killing superman off and the hulk would deliver but even if it is spontaneous the hulk would crush the man of steel bc the hulk eats steel for breakfast and as to super man throwing the hulk into the sun i don't know if the hulk would burn up but if he didn't you can bet it would piss him off probably enough that he would turn around and throw the sun right back at him but as i already said superman wouldn't even be able to pick the hulk up so yeah super man would be no problem for the hulk

Comics + Fan fiction has proven it time and time again.

After doing a number on Metropolis and laying waste to the Science Police and a few minor heroes, the Hulk finally comes face-to-face with the toughest battle of his life: Superman. The two lock horns and create massive amounts of property damage. No matter how hard Hulk hits Supes, the Big Blue Boy Scout just won’t stay down, a fact that only serves to further enrage the Hulk. The adrenaline starts flowing and the Hulk “Hulks out,” to use a popular phrase.
Hulk could care less about the puny humans who get in his way but Superman is determined to make sure there will be no collateral damage in this fight. This distraction allows the Hulk to get in a few cheap shots, weakening the Man of Steel. Just as it’s looking like we’re going to see another Doomsday scenario, Kal-El whisks the Hulk off to the Arctic Circle where the only ones in danger are a few penguins and a polar bear.
The battle rages on but before it’s too late, Superman manages to get inside the Fortress of Solitude and nail the Hulk with the Phantom Zone projector, sending the gamma-spawned behemoth to that netherworld between worlds. It’s a victory for the Man of Steel, but in the process, Hulk laid waste to Metropolis and trashed the Fortress of Solitude, destroying many of Superman’s personal items, historical Kryptonian artifacts and his prized stamp collection.
