THE CAPE AND VINCE FARADAY’S WORLDS COLLIDE AND HARD TRUTHS ARE REVEALED — Police Chief Marty Voyt (Dorian Missick) lands behind bars, in the hands of ARK Corporation, fearing he may receive the same fate as Vince (David Lyons). Attempting to learn more about Vince’s disappearance, Dana (Jennifer Ferrin) takes on Marty’s case, and the impervious ARK Corporation , only to discover secrets of betrayal. The Cape’s double identity becomes blurred when Max (Keith David) and the carnival of crime attempt to protect Dana, Marty and his family.

LEEE777 - Although rather campy in places it was a fun show to watch, but if only NBC took it more darker and more serious this show could have gone a lot further. Click the link below to watch the last ever episode at NBC.com, thank you and farewell to The Cape!

Reminded me of the Nightman series.anyone remember that???
LEEE777 - 3/12/2011, 3:44 AM
MaddMonkk @ Yeah, that was cool for its time but even that was campy!

IF Marvel ever brings out their MOON KNIGHT they've promised for years, its got to be darker or it too will bite the big one!

Now at DISNEY, it could turn light?

Who knows...
dalerkd - 3/12/2011, 4:11 AM
i actually really liked this program and i watched it religiously every week. I thought it did well in trying to stick to realism.

Now the last episode is only online and im in England so cant watch it!

devastated
manymade1 - 3/12/2011, 4:20 AM

SHO1138 - 3/12/2011, 6:38 AM

But that's what I liked about it.
Draco2824 - 3/12/2011, 7:15 AM

comicsaredead - 3/12/2011, 7:21 AM
The cancellation of The Cape is a complete and utter crock!

someone spare me and just tell me how it ended!!!
SuperPickle - 3/12/2011, 7:52 AM
This sucks. I actually enjoyed it. I wish SyFy would've picked it up. It might not do so badly in a more tailored market like that instead of on a mainstream network against "real" shows. Pity.
marvel72 - 3/12/2011, 8:14 AM
the final episode!

its finally ended,i think this calls for a celebration.

Christuffer - 3/12/2011, 8:26 AM
Wow. I have to say, even though I didn't watch this show, I am disappointed. I watched the Pilot and I liked it, but I will admit I didn't have time to keep up with it. At least we can look forward to buying the DVD: "The Cape: The Entire Series" for $20. :P I'll be sure to buy it.

In the mean time, I'll be keeping up with The Office, oggling Jenna Fischer. Why does Steve Carell have to leave? :'(

Supes17 - 3/12/2011, 8:39 AM
@Fartman Omg I never realized JEnna Fisher was that hot!
When is his last episode??
KidZombie - 3/12/2011, 8:55 AM
Canceled already eh? I watched this show a few times and hated it everytime, couldn't do it. the acting was rough and the show itself was beyond cheese. So good ridence in my book!

Still always shitty to see a show get canceled before they even have the time to make a final episode, sucks for the fans of that show. Who wants to bet this will end on a cliff hanger that we will never see the end to? ha ha
Xandera - 3/12/2011, 9:17 AM
It really sux that it didn't last... I was enjoying it...
superotherside - 3/12/2011, 9:31 AM
sigh agree leee! this show was a really fun show... i'll have to catch up on the episodes later though... but i will watch the rest... kinda too bad that it is ending as i think it just hadn't reached it's full potential... but oh well...
comicbookjerk - 3/12/2011, 9:56 AM
Wow there really going to end it that way?

The last scene there getting drunk?

Thats lame!
Wildaniel - 3/12/2011, 11:55 AM
Lets pray for a SEASON 2!!!
Sortis - 3/12/2011, 12:12 PM
Would love to see a season 2 =\
DDD - 3/12/2011, 3:11 PM
Damn, another one bites the dust!

I'm gonna miss the cranky little midget!
lol
Alphalad - 3/12/2011, 4:07 PM
This show was just like that No Ordinary Family show. After a few good episodes it becomes the same old spiel. Maybe it needed to come on at an earlier time and maybe find a lead that has more charisma that the guy they have. He just doesn't draw any interest to constantly watch week after week.
dudemanjac - 3/12/2011, 4:32 PM
Show is cancelled. Not enough of us nerds watching it. Agreed. horrible ending. I heard there were originally 13 episodes. I know nbc can't be bothered to show the rest. but you can still make them available on this new thing called the internet. All the cool kids are using it.
Todd Gray - 3/12/2011, 7:37 PM
LEE777, I disagree that this show was "fun to watch". Actually, it was painful to watch. I watched the series pilot and second episode when they first aired, but afterwards I taped the episodes and watched them at my liesure, usually fast-forwarding through certain spots of the eps. because they were just plain bad.

This show was doomed for the beginning when they not only introduced the "Carnival of Crime", but when they didn't cast Summer Glau as the actual caped hero, and maybe add a little mystical power to her.

Nothing over the edge, but just a little bit of a super-human boost, sort of like Buffy The Vampire Slayer, who wasn't "all-powerful", but could really hold her own.

Maybe the cape itself could have been enchanted gave her the powers? That's how I would have written it at least.

Increased strength, stamina, agility, maybe a little bit of invisibility/stealth?

And yes, I agree about it needing a much darker theme than the near-comedic one they supplied.

This show was doomed to fail from the get-go.
yankeemanf - 3/12/2011, 9:39 PM
i rele rele liked this show and i didnt see the campiness u guys r talkin bout i thought this was actually a lil dark and gritty not like the dark knight obv but in its own rite a nice dark show
GUNSMITH - 3/13/2011, 9:00 AM
IT WAS COOL BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN WAY COOLER, DARKER, COSTUME WAS OK BUT THE CHARACTER NEVER GREW, UPGRADED, IT WAS MISSING SOMETHING.
