I think THESEshould be the rules.
1. Side of boob - no nipplage = OK
2. Hint of nipplage under clothing = OK
3. Any ACTUAL nipplage = BETTER
4. Coin slot or partial bum = OK
5. Full butt = GREAT
6. ANY cooter = HIP HIP HOORAY!

Just my opinion.
