For the past 50 years The Amazing Spider-Man has been swinging his way into readers hands all across the globe. This December, the title reached its 700th and final issue. Celebrate the life of this title and all of the incredible artists and writers who graced its pages.

At least people can find solace in the Ultimate Universe...Spidey went out like a man there. Issue 700 spat in the face of whatever fans were remaining...

Can't believe they ended Amazing. Stan Lee should walk into the Marvel offices and kick Quesada square in the [frick]ing nuts.

@LoudLon yea, i wasnt happy either...but with that said, these things are not static and it will change. Its just a ploy to sell books anyway.. I really think this is staging to bring Miles to the 616 on a long term scale.

I reckon the new spidey will last about a year or 2. So on issue #25 or #50 i think it'll revert back.

@equivocal - nice collection....(if you include digital version, then I have the first 128 as well, but that doesnt really count)

You know they are going to bring Parker back. No big deal, but it would be nice to say you have the entire collection.....
