I think you have to add Captain America he can't get drunk and will definitly drink IronMan under the tabble but its probably going to be Wolverine or Superman they both kinda got a healing factor superman just gotta go in the sunlight

Red She Hulk would have a good shot actually. She's been shown to drink away a bar and be barely affected. I think Jenny has been drunk here and there so Betty must have an extra power over here. No idea about Bruce there though.

If we're talking villains: Hydroman. I don't think he can get drunk, it'd just add to his volume.
