Adrianne Palicki Would Love To Play WONDER WOMAN Again
Adrianne Palicki, who will soon be seen in G.I Joe: Retaliation has revealed that she would love to play Wonder Woman again for the upcoming Warner Bros. flick, Justice League and also comments on action heroines in Hollywood.
When speaking to BANG Showbiz at the G.I Joe premiere this week in London, Adrianne Palicki has revealed that she would love to become Wonder Woman once again. "If they wanted me, I would absolutely do it in a heartbeat." said Palicki.
Palicki previously starred as Wonder Woman in David E. Kelly's TV pilot which was not picked up by NBC. Speaking on the role, Palicki said "I was devastated. We shot it and it was amazing. I got to wear the uniform, I got to wear the outfit, and it didn't go. I was completely devastated about it."
Adrianne Palicki also shared her thoughts on playing action heroines in movies such as her role in G.I Joe: Retaliation. saying "I think it's just awesome [to play an ass-kicking female] because we don't have a lot of them left anymore. We don't have a lot of those women in Hollywood. Those roles aren't being written. So to play such a cool character, and also that they didn't put her in spandex or leather. They put her in fatigues and a ponytail. I just thought she was such a kick-ass character."
What do you say, comic fans? Do you think she should suit up again?
