It's all about the squats, man. These frickin' squats. They've got these things, goblet squats, where you hold the kettle ball under your chin and you squat back down and back up. If it was up to him, you would do those things all the time, that's all you would do. He would line them up from the lightest to the heaviest and you would start with the light one and work your way up to the heaviest one. Somebody pointed out to me recently, "You're pretty tall to be doing all those squats. Squats are hard for tall guys." But dude, you couldn't make any excuses in there. Also lunges are very painful for me because this join right here, where my big toe is [Shannon touches between the ball and the toe of his right foot]… I think I broke it or something. So to do lunges where you flex your toe back, it's very painful. I did whatever he said to do. Mark's a sweet guy - he's got everybody's best interests at heart. He just wants people to be healthy, God bless him.

Man Of Steel - Man of Steel follows the Last Son of Krypton on his epic journey to become mankind's shinning beacon of hope for a brighter future. But when the nefarious General Zodd (Michael Shannon) arrives on Earth, Clark will have to choose between being a normal human or Kal-el,son of Jor-El (Russell Crowe) and humanity's greatest protector and champion. Filmed in IMAX and shot in Vancouver, Chicago and Plano, Illinois, Man of Steel will be released on June 14, 2013 by Warner Bros. Directed by Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen) with a screenplay by David S. Goyer (The Dark Knight) the Christopher Nolan (Batman Begins, Inception) produced feature film will surely be the summer blockbuster of 2013.

I'm imagining him doing this in a grey sweatsuit and PF Flyers, coached by a guy with a huge handlebar mustache in a horizontal striped tank top. Then he relaxes in the sweatbox with a refreshing raw egg.

@A9911 Dude this guy keeps talking about the Donner Version to much and keeps referring to that version it gets [frick]ing annoying. SO i discount his review completely he keeps using Nostagla for it so imo Man of Steel will be rated higher by Comic Fans DOnner Fans will probably bitch about it .
DruDox19 - 6/4/2013, 2:22 PM
This guy put this film to a 8/10 because lets face it he likes Donner Version more which obviously this movie was trying avoid like crazy. SO guys dont buy into his review my man Kumar said this movie is a quick 9.8/10 and a 10/10 this film is in no way a 8 he said people who give it a 8 are either smallville fans or Donner fans, but thanks for the review a9911 just thought he was biased cause he based everything off of the Donner films has Jugdement so this is why this reveiw isnt has credibale to me.

Cause i want the reviewers to have a open mind about the things that happen not come in with a percieved bias.

DruDox19, I totally took that into account. So as far as Im concerned if he gave it an 8/10, then its aut0matically an 11/10 *had to adjust for inflation*
