This is what I call true dedicated fans to DC who has stuck by them no matter what and felt that the DC relaunch has been a slap in the face. I also love that they used the slogan "If It Ain't Broke Don't It". Something I have been saying since the news of the relaunch started.

I wanna watch my words here , but I think that if the designs were just cooler most folks would have a problem, but a lot of looks to me like they just slapped DC universe online style armor on everyone and it doesn't look, IMO, all that good.

Nightwing seems like one of the few that came out ok looking because its a little more true, but even that kinda recalls the costume in Batman Forever.

You want to protest in a way that actually counts? Don't buy another DC comic after August. That's what I'm doing, and I've been buying both DC and Marvel titles every Wednesday since the mid 70's. If every old school collector and fan that is pissed off about this relaunch does just that, it won't take long for DC to Reverse Flashpoint the whole thing. They will lose far too many longtime fans in this effort of theirs to get new ones that the lopsided losses will force them to fix this mess faster than you can say "New Coke".
TheHood - 7/25/2011, 2:32 PM
Losers. You wanna protest? Dont buy the books, people on this site already dont anyway. But they've been quoted saying they will STILL be buying the books.
NextHero08 - 7/25/2011, 2:58 PM
Serious? Their no different then the people who wanted to boycott Thor in my opinion. When will "fans" start seeing the big picture and start thinking about the new generation and not just themselves? The generation before didn't protest when their cheesy campy superheros started to change, why should we do it to the next Gen? And let's not forget that it's CHANGE that keeps these comics alive and BIG CHANGES keep them alive even longer. If they were to keep things the same, those fans would eventually bitch that their getting old and predictable. Fact: THE MAJORITY OF THEM HAVE NOT READ ANY OF THE 52 COMICS YET. Their pissed over tidbits of info and costume designs. Haven't even given DC the benefit of the doubt and wait to read the comic. What kind of fan loyalty is that? There's nothing wrong with protesting but do it wit a bit more intelligence and a little less emotion cuz this is stupid. Wait till AFTER the books are released then put on ur outfits and protest. Wit attitudes like this, no wonder they don't listen to us. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" Who says anything is broke? Why can't they just be making something more accessible?
Risky5150 - 7/25/2011, 2:59 PM
"if it aint broke dont it" isnt a sentence
m1312020 - 7/25/2011, 3:18 PM
Yeah NextHero08 is right. Both companies are losing money from print media right now. Both need to do something.
DC is just first to do something in such away.Maybe push back death of print by a couple of years.
