You know, ASM isn't a bad film. The only reason it kind of sucks is because Sony wouldn't let the sheets cool down before rebooting the series.

Costume was cool, not surprised with an update for the sequel, they seem to do that with every comic movie.

I'm still not sure why everyone hated the costume they used in TASM anyway. I thought it looked pretty cool. Hell, it looked a million times better than The Lizard did.

LOL at all the people saying what they should do with the suit. They'd make the definitive Spidey suit and you guys will still bitch about it one way or another, so why bother?

I dont hate the suit, but bigger eyes must come with white lenses. Not this stupid sunglass lens that when seen up close it not like any sunglass lens I've ever seen.

they should add a "waist belt" that creates the traditional look and a plqce for him to store more web fluid, cell phone, etc.

Saw this film Saturday. It was cool but not good enough for being such an early review. Too much was a set up for ASM2 instead of being it's own film.

And The Lizard was painfully cliché. Would have been better if he lost his arm in the same accident that took his wife and son. Would have made him such a better villain.

Just lose the leg stripe and have the red belt. Just make his suit classic with big eyes and I'll be happy.

And yes, Edge of Time costume would be perfect

Where did it ever say there was an accident that took his wife and son? no where in the movie. also in deleted scenes you see his son billy. in most lizard incarnations in the comics, his family is still alive.

YES me like!!! I still don't get the hate this flick gets yes its different than Ramis cheese fest but if you don't understand the uncle ben death scene then I FEEL REALLY BAD FOR YOU, It's not until he hears his Uncles msg on the phone it really sinks into peter on how he should be. His uncle died hes going to be mad/sad and know its his fault ect

Could care less about the variation in the costume design. Will Webb give us the real Peter Parker who isn't a thieving self absorbed anti social unlikable dork? And will the film have any of the values we come to expect in the Spidey universe?
