With J.J. Abrams helming Star Wars Episode VII for Walt Disney Pictures, it is still unknown if he will return for the third film of the other big sci-fi franchise. But before he starts working on the new Star Wars film, he still has to promote Star Trek Into Darkness, which hits theatres in a couple of months. Talking to Absolute Radio, Simon Pegg was asked about what he thinks of Abrams directing both Star Trek and Star Wars. Check out the video below:
At the end of the video, Pegg says that Abrams will direct Star Trek 3, but if you look closely, you can see he was joking. But, with some sites reporting this, Pegg posted this on his official Twitter account:
