Disney can't let it go.

Today, television channel ABC has announced that they have commissioned a behind-the-scenes TV special about last year's Disney animation blockbuster, Frozen. The special, titled The Story of Frozen: Making a Disney Animated Classic is scheduled to air on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The hour-long special will give viewers a look behind the curtains inside Walt Disney Animation Studios, the production company responsible for creating Frozen, alongside interviews with the creative team and the cast that helped bring the latest Walt Disney animation musical to life. Also teased will be "exciting announcements about the next chapter of Frozen". Surely it will not be related to the already announced Anna & Elsa spin-off books to be published next year by Random House.

But it's not stopping there, for the special isn't going to focus solely on one Disney animation. Closing it out will be an exclusive sneak peek inside Disney's next animated feature, Big Hero 6 based on the Marvel comics of the same name. Presenting the new footage of the upcoming superhero animation will be by none other than the film's two directors: Don Hall and Chris Williams.

With all the heart and humor audiences expect from Walt Disney Animation Studios, “Big Hero 6” is an action-packed comedy-adventure about robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who learns to harness his genius—thanks to his brilliant brother Tadashi and their like-minded friends: adrenaline junkie Go Go Tamago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. When a devastating turn of events catapults them into the midst of a dangerous plot unfolding in the streets of San Fransokyo, Hiro turns to his closest companion—a robot named Baymax—and transforms the group into a band of high-tech heroes determined to solve the mystery. Inspired by the Marvel comics of the same name, and featuring comic-book style action, “Big Hero 6” is directed by Don Hall (“Winnie the Pooh”) and Chris Williams (“Bolt”), and produced by Roy Conli (“Tangled”).

Big Hero 6 is scheduled to be released in 3D on November 7, 2014.
