Damn...I really want micheal bay off this franchise. Not that he isn't good at what he does...explosions, explosions, action, explosions...ect. I would like to see another production team take a crack at it. When they reboot it in a few years....let's set it in the 1980s .
JoJo1982 - 6/25/2014, 2:16 PM
I need to go get my tickets now
MatTaylorX - 6/25/2014, 2:22 PM
Makes me sad how well this crap does when other good films don't get any notice. Just watched The Raid 2 and Calvary. Now those are good films!
SageMode - 6/25/2014, 2:23 PM
It's disturbing how much money these piece of shit movies make. Truly disturbing.
HavocPrime - 6/25/2014, 2:26 PM
I can see this making a billion due to how the last one went, and how hyped people are for it, as everyone likes explosions.

MrNiklander - 6/25/2014, 2:27 PM

blackandyellow - 6/25/2014, 2:27 PM

Exhibit #128 showing that fanboys' opinions don't mean shit.
BigMikeReviews - 6/25/2014, 2:28 PM
The dumb is strong with this film franchise..
WhenTheyRise - 6/25/2014, 2:29 PM
120 mil... It is pure spectacle. Gotta admire the quality of the transformers themselves. The detail and graphics are impressive. The rest may not be be specific people's piece of cake but the general audience (which is non hardcore fans) eat it up and justifiably so despite what anyone here thinks and wishes.
TheAbomination - 6/25/2014, 2:32 PM
I'm pirating the shit out of this shit movie. I feel sorry for the ignorant masses who will actually pay to see this.
TheDarkPassenger - 6/25/2014, 2:34 PM

Except [frick] you not really.
SageMode - 6/25/2014, 2:37 PM
"it's a popcorn movie to enjoy. escape from reality and have mindless fun. get over it"

TheAbomination - 6/25/2014, 2:42 PM

If you can't decipher the difference between a good popcorn movie and a shit movie, you need help.
rebellion - 6/25/2014, 2:44 PM
just goes to show that masses are stupid and easily manipulated. i know that these movie dont aim for best picture award but let's face it, they're mindless trash filled with predictable jokes, cliches and are completely devoid of reason.
NeoBaggins - 6/25/2014, 2:45 PM
Don't. Hate the Player, hate the Game.

IMAX3D Tomorrow night. Can't wait.
Gandhi - 6/25/2014, 2:47 PM
We all know that these movies are far away from being top quality art but they don't try to... sometimes people just want to laugh or see huge effects of giant robots without worrying about anything else. I must say that sometimes I am just in the mood for explosions, explosions calm me.
ALegendaryPanda - 6/25/2014, 2:47 PM
I need to hurry up and get my damn ticket
Destined - 6/25/2014, 2:49 PM
Welp! Get that money Bay!
GeekyCheekyChic - 6/25/2014, 2:49 PM
Its going to open huge. No matter what we all here at cbm think of Bayformers- the general audience in the summer want big robots big explosions hot chicks and action.
Bayformers- more than meets the eye.
TheDarkPassenger - 6/25/2014, 2:49 PM
A person being institutionalized for liking a fun movie about robots beating the shit out each other is completely rational.
TheBrownHornet - 6/25/2014, 2:50 PM
Yeah it's about to get real!!
MexicanSuperman - 6/25/2014, 2:50 PM
Inb4 fanboys complain about films that more story than what they grew up with, which was basically a long ass commercial for toys.
MexicanSuperman - 6/25/2014, 2:51 PM
To late...
MexicanSuperman - 6/25/2014, 2:51 PM
*has more
JoJo1982 - 6/25/2014, 2:51 PM

Yeah Baby!!!! Michael Bay!!!!

CaptainHammer - 6/25/2014, 2:56 PM
Already have IMAX 3D tickets for 9pm Thursday night
MercwithMouth - 6/25/2014, 2:57 PM
I love it. I hope it makes a billion.

The Transformers are a great way to kick back, and watch some incredible VFX. They're a lot of fun, and they don't pretend to be some serious high-art piece. It's a blockbuster. Besides, blowing shit up is fun.
Berserker187 - 6/25/2014, 2:58 PM
Damm I guess is not tanking. There's another movie that deserve to stop n will get a sequel
PredatorRIsing - 6/25/2014, 3:00 PM
Transformers Age of Extinction is going to rule as # 1 film this year
Gandhi - 6/25/2014, 3:01 PM
Lets face it, loads of comicbookmovies wouldn't be as fun as they are if they didn't had shitload of explosions too....

Pedrito - 6/25/2014, 3:02 PM
Well, they did have Optimus Prome riding a giant Dinobot in the trailer. Plus a few ass shots of whoever that chick is.
That's gotta attrack big crowds.
BlackestKnight - 6/25/2014, 3:09 PM

Sometimes I like to dream and wonder just how awesome would the MCU be if it were directed like this:

Iron Man - Bryan Singer
Thor - James Wong
Captain America - Brett Ratner
Hulk - M. Night Shyamalan
Guardians of the Galaxy - George Lucas
AntMan - Tom Green
Avengers - Michael Bay
Atumbem - 6/25/2014, 3:11 PM
People stop bitching, these transformer movies always make bank. Why? Three reasons, Transforming Robots, explosions and Optimus Prime. Face it, the general public love these films for what they are, a fun time at the cinema. Plus anyone wanting a serious film involving huge transforming talking robots is asking for a lot.
BlackestKnight - 6/25/2014, 3:12 PM
How is Bay not richer than Bill Gates by nowoakfsoidafuikhasfiuoaelhij UGH MY COMPUTER IS SLOW
BlackestKnight - 6/25/2014, 3:13 PM
