Since Dom (Diesel) and Brian’s (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete.

Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.

neonkid - 2/3/2013, 7:03 AM
So dumb. It should be THE Fast and THE Furious 6 to distinguish it from the stupid naming convention of the fourth movie, Fast & Furious... Rambo 3 anyone?
Wildaniel - 2/3/2013, 7:07 AM
These movies are getting lame.

ROFL

I automaticaly looked to see if the clouds were shaped like anything, but then I thought they probably are but I don't care.

If it wasnt for your comment I wouldn't have even thought about it twice in all probability. My opinion of this franchise isnt particularly high.

Luke evans will own. Marvel grab this guy for something.
dancingmonkey08 - 2/3/2013, 9:45 AM
ahhhhh, that makes sense now, I had no idea what a sixth one would be about after the ultimate happy ending of the last one, but it makes sense now, the gang have to get back together to get something bigger than money, their freedom. Now I really have no idea what the announced 7th one will be about, something goes wrong in this one and they have to sort it out...something like that

and they should kill Hans' hottie girlfriend (or make them break up) in this one so it explains why she isnt in Tokyo Drift, which is set after all of the other ones
SotoJuiceMan - 2/3/2013, 10:37 AM
The timeline of the movies doesn't make sense.

Justin Lin said Tokyo Drift takes place after 4, yet he's helping Dom escape from prison. Then in the fifth movie Hans is still there, yet in the fourth movie he said he was leaving to Tokyo, even though HE DIED IN TOKYO...Makes no sense.

I have a feeling they really just are forgetting Tokyo Drift as just a spin-off and that's what I feel it is, A SPIN-OFF. The only character to pop up was Dom at then end for less than 5 minutes, and that wasn't even a lead up that was just impressing fans.

Who cares about the timeline, as long as its as good as Fast Five is what matters to me.
flames809 - 2/3/2013, 10:59 AM
SOTO- No he said he would like to travel all the world then later go to tokoyo... Tokyo drift is the last one. The 5th take places before anything happens in drift. But they have to show in either 6th or 7th what happens to him and his girl, and maybe after this one when they get their freedom then Justin goes to tokoyo to live free without nobody in back of him... Then they have to make an 8th since dom shows up at the end of drift. And im guessing dom recruits the new kid.
SotoJuiceMan - 2/3/2013, 11:06 AM
@flames809- Watch Fast & Furious and openly says to Dom.

I'm going to Tokyo and leaves the movie and is never shown again. Han was portrayed as a loner in Tokyo Drift and the fourth movie. He totally fit, and when he left it made Tokyo Drift seem more connected. Again he left and he dies there, what did he do, FAKE HIS DEATH.

The timeline makes no sense.

SotoJuiceMan - 2/3/2013, 11:08 AM

Watch the movies, before you know what your talking about please.
SotoJuiceMan - 2/3/2013, 11:11 AM
Face it, Tokyo Drift was a failure. Universal openly said along with Justin Lin saying TOKYO DRIFT was a fresh start to Fast & Furious, and realized it wasn't the story or cars that made the movies, IT WAS THE CHARACTERS THAT DID. The story could be Dom and Brian racing across Japan and people would of loved Tokyo Drift.

Tokyo Drift was decided not to be canon secretly. It's a spin off and totally off when watching all these movies. It is nothing more than a spin-off.
flames809 - 2/3/2013, 11:14 AM
SOTO- i seen the film, that scene dont mean anything.. You do realize that in fast 5 he says something about tokyo yet he has a girl. So his character has to leave the girl before he leaves to tokyo all the films are connected some how. But im guessing he rather become a freeman then go to tokyo. Thats my guess.
SotoJuiceMan - 2/3/2013, 11:19 AM
That scene doesn't mean anything yet the release of the movie Justin Lin openly said it takes place before Tokyo Drift....then out of no where it seems like Tokyo Drift never happened.

Dom: You gotta go do your own thing
Hans: I heard there's some crazy shit in Tokyo

Now all of a sudden he's back from Tokyo even though this takes place before tokyo Drift, yet it alludes that he is in Tokyo during the fourth movie. Timeline is screwed up. To make it less obvious that it is, put Hans in the movie and make it a completely different movie, different take all together.
flames809 - 2/3/2013, 11:24 AM
SOTO- its not screw up, because dom appears at the end of Tokyo. Eva appears at the end of fast 5. He could of just visit Tokyo but not stay. Like i said he has a girlfriend now, so something has to happen to them for him to be single and a alone in Tokyo. Remember he in Tokyo he been there for quite some time. He cant just go to Tokyo and establish everything he had in TOKYO DRIFT.
SotoJuiceMan - 2/3/2013, 11:42 AM
That makes no sense again! If he went to TOkyo for a little bit why would he come back to Dom even though he flat out said Iwant out. Again makes no sense still. Now I guess your saying these are all prequels.....yea bullshit they are not. The logic of him just leaving for a bit makes no sense. He wanted out, he didn't want love he just wanted to be left alone. Tokyo is a spin off nothing more
flames809 - 2/3/2013, 11:53 AM
prequels? i never said they were. Im just saying that tokyo is the 7th one in the order of the films. That they are trying to connect each of them and have justine leave to tokyo in a way that makes a lot of sense, and then continue with the new kid of tokyo in justin place in a 8th. If they ever do an 8th
SotoJuiceMan - 2/3/2013, 12:10 PM
That still makes no sense. If they are connected then in order than the movies are connected this way

The Fast & Furious
2 Fast 2 Furious
Fast & Furious
Fast Five
Fast and Furious 6
Furious 7...or whatever
Tokyo Drift

Tokyo Drift was released first, then the other three movies that are supposed to take place before Tokyo Drift...PREQUELS.

Read the interviews, it makes no sense, one minute he leaves for Tokyo the next he's in Fast Five to do a heist when in reality, it was just to bring back every cast member, including Eva Mendes. Again it's more about the characters not the story.
batman1216 - 2/3/2013, 12:45 PM
I [frick]ing love these retarded movies. This is easily my favorite guilty pleasure movies of all time. The Rock took this shit to a whole other level. I [frick]ing love The Rock.
