In the 43rd part of this ongoing series that focuses on the History of Comic Books, producer Derek Crabbe views comics history through the lens of those comic book characters that are lucky enough to be adapted for both movies and television.

Ugh! Crosby's W.W. was awful. I remember when it first aired and I was totally excited but even at the tender age of 7, I knew it wasn't right.
I did pick up a curious tidbit watching this 'history'.
The scene where 'Dia' the Amazon (who IS credited with a name) comes to warn Diana about Ahnjayla, is filmed on the same spot used in the Lynda Carter series. It served as Diana Prince's apt. location, as well as the 'fountain' they are standing next to, is the fountain that Carter's W.W. jumps over in a couple of episodes and is seen in the live action opening credits.
