DMB1511: Tony Cox as big figure. I mean really, their pictures even show resemblance. I am all about the look (which is why our layouts are greater than the rest, and we don’t steal things) and your ability as an actor to do great, NOT COLOR.

DMB1511: Sharif Atkins as Nite Owl. He bears a small resemblance to the actor we have for Nite Owl’s protégé. Atkins, I know, can play the relative role too.

DMB1511: Halle Berry as Silk Spectre. We haven’t used her in any of our fancasts before and both figured, why not. I don’t need to tell you how much potential Halle Berry has as an actor. We all know she is great. We all should have the common sense enough to know that catwoman didn’t suck because of berry, but because of horrible writers.

DMB1511: Sean Ringgold as hooded Justice. Look, the guy had like one line in the film and to top it off, he’s huge. So, why not?

bigshow2312: My brother and I try not to use Idris in our fancasts, but this was a role, we felt he would own. The character is very complex and eccentric but Idris has demonstrated those aspects of a characters. Oh, and go check out his new music video: Private Garder.

DMB1511: Michael Kenneth Williams as Rorschach, was another awesome choice made by my brother. Who else has a raspy voice that sounds like he got kicked in the throat as a baby? And the power of acting on his side.

bigshow2312: Rorschach is the unconventional shady character that needed an actor who has demonstrated this. Michael came to mind, after watching The Wire a few episodes, then I studied interviews where he acts the total opposite of brutish. Very good actor indeed.

bigshow2312: For the role of Dr. Manhattan, we needed an actor that had the acting chops, as well as the physique. Boris, really doesn’t need the special body modulations to produce the actual Manhattan. For acting, naturally he’s sort of a stiff but that’s exactly how Billy Crudup portrayed the character.

bigshow2312: Nia Long, was a difficult decision. We wanted an actress that was well know but also established why she’s popular. She may be a little older than Malin Åkerman but she looks good for her age and looks way better. I would love to see her and Jamie (Foxx) performing together on screen.

DMB1511: Jamie Fox as Nite Owl II, I thought was faultless choice on my behalf. You can see his strengths in all his movies. What movie does the majority of everyone (who has seen it) you know say that you must see? Law Abiding Citizen. In my opinion this is one of his greatest films. Still convinced he can’t act? Go see The Soloist, I guarantee it will change your mind.

bigshow2312: I recently saw Orlando in a few TV spots of Necessary Roughness, along with Mehcad Brooks (the guy who is dating Serinda Swan). Yes, he’s a comical actor but if you’ve seen his films, he also plays the conceited guy who everybody dislikes (Drumline). That’s exactly how the Watchmen character is: Arrogant.
