Those idiots are always over hyping items to make the public think its worth 100 times what its actually worth!! Yes a great piece of history it is but $100,000?? Please!! Come back to reality where the rest of us are and stop trying to kid people! Oh and fleabag or teabag whatever it is, maybe someday you'll grow up and post pictures that belong on a comic book website instead of pictures of girls that you can only dream about. Never ceases to amaze me the amount of immaturity from some of the users.

HA, THANKS SHEBAG! I bet my friend $20 that you'd comeback with more stupidity and an extra $10 if you threw in more idiotic pictures. I just won $30. THANK YOU for helping me prove my point. You're about as "genious" as this wrong spelling. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHHAHHAHHA!!!

@ ELgUaSoN-
That's Thor #448, when Eric Masterson was Thor.

The truth?? Maybe the cover to Amazing Spider-Man #23, but not this...

The cover sucks...Too cartoony. Always was. Romita Sr.'s art belonged in the Sunday funnies...Apartment 3-G or Steve Canyon or something.

I never got over Ditko's premature departure. The book was never the same.

Wally Wood on Daredevil, Ditko on Spidey and Dr. Strange..The King on the F.F., Thor and Cap...Even Don Heck was cool enough on The Avengers and Iron Man...

Ahhh...Those were the days.

That's OK, your real name is funny enough! "now you can buy yourself a sense of humour". Now you can go buy a spelling book! Classic bonehead that never fails to prove my point! Thanks again!

@ ciscokid56 "Romita Sr.'s art belonged in the Sunday funnies." Wow! You could not be any further from the truth! John Romita's art made Spiderman what he is today! Nothing against Steve Ditko, he is my second favorite Spidey artist AFTER John Romita Sr. The most recognizable images of Spiderman were drawn by John Romita so your comments hold no common sense whatsoever but hey, everyone has a right to their own opinion even if they are silly! Ditko was a perfect start for Spiderman but it needed a new artist to take it to new heights and John Romita Sr. did that and more!! If anyone was "cartoony" it was definitely Ditko! Romita made the characters more lifelike and believable for that time period. Just take 2 drawings of the Lizard, one from Ditko and one from Romita Sr. and put them side by side and now tell me that Romita Sr. was "cartoony"!! Hardly!! Better yet, do the same with the Green Goblin!! Point proven!
