Thanks to Twitter's @RIMBreaks for the heads up, here is this fantastic motion comic based on the work of Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley as well as a synopsis from its creators and the full cast list.

A bunch of my very talented geek friends and I thought it would be fun to bring to life the recent "Death of Spider-Man" storyline from Marvel's Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man as a digital motion comic! It's such a heart-wrenching tale that exemplifies the heroism, bravery, love, and sense of responsibility of one 16-year-old boy who wouldn't give up. A lot of very talented people put a lot of work into this labor of love and I'm so proud to have worked with them!! Batmanhulkbadass - 10/24/2011, 5:59 PM
im very touched by that they should have peter parker ressurected as a more powerfull being than he was before like in the regular universe where spiderman came back with new powers

I didn't like the new Ultimate Spider-man, Miles Morales, but now that I've read the book I'm hooked. It's a shame Peter Parker was killed off, but it was only in one of the Marvel-universes anyway and the new books have been great. I've loved everything about them so far to be honest! I'm a DC fanboy too, but Ult. Spidey is the one Marvel monthly I have on subscription.
Mk616 - 10/24/2011, 7:01 PM
Peter Parker Forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
headlopper - 10/24/2011, 7:04 PM

FriendlyNeighborhoodSpidey - 10/24/2011, 7:22 PM
Not great acting. It was alright.
BIGBMH - 10/24/2011, 7:23 PM
The added ending had me tearing up. Very well done.
FriendlyNeighborhoodSpidey - 10/24/2011, 7:25 PM
I hate seeing him die.... AGAIN. :(
You know, maybe the acting isn't THAT terrible, but maybe it's just that I don't like the portrayal...
mrHJK - 10/24/2011, 7:33 PM
Some of the voices were a little off, but overall solid project. I was brougt to tears. I've been reading this series since I was like 8 and now continue with it well into my college years. I miss Peter Parker.
FriendlyNeighborhoodSpidey - 10/24/2011, 7:44 PM
Btw, another reason why I miss Parker and want miles gone. It wasn't JUST spidey. It was Peter Parker.
warlock - 10/24/2011, 7:46 PM
Fffuuhhhhkkiiinngggg GREEEAAATTTT.
KingLing - 10/24/2011, 7:49 PM
I thought it was really well done. Amazing, Spiderman's voice actor did a great job. Got me all choked up and stuff. It's both awesome and sad to see Parker be a smart-aleck all the way up until the end.

(Though I did notice they cut out a few parts, like Spidey waking up the Human Torch and stuff. Still awesome.)
TheGambitFreakIsBatmanOfCBM - 10/24/2011, 7:51 PM
Ok, not meaning to be a hater but....

1. I hate the whole motion comics thing, it's the death of comics, but this was mediocre so no big deal.

2. I hate the Ultimate U, it was the biggest failed stunt to get shitty writers the chance to do their "what if's".

3. Even though that I hate the Ultimate stuff, I wanted to read this, but I didn't put it on my pull list so this is the first time seeing it... YUCK!!!!! The writing just made me realize how god-aful the Ultimate Spider-man comis were, Jesus Christ! I couldn't feel any sympathy for Spidey, I was chuckling really while he was lyinf there dying.

4. And last but not anywhere near least, the flaming Hulk, WTF?! [frick]ing retarded. That's no Goblin, that's a brute.

LOL laughable, makes Stan's, Kirby's, Ditko's, and Buschema's X-men, Cap, FF, Avengers hell even Jeph Loeb's Hulk run look like a wonderfully crafted Epic of writing and art, which they are. (exept Loeb, he needs to go back to Batman, but not Snyder's, Snyder's run is cool) Just pathetic, I know some fanboy's on YouTube with better Fan Fic than this dog shit.

Now 616, that's a little different...

I like it thought it was great, pretty deep, and I hope they make many more motion comics. Power to creativity even if it was already set up for success.

TheAmazingSpidey63 - 10/24/2011, 11:45 PM
Now THAT was truly amazing! I loved EVERYTHING about this motion-comic fan film!! The voice actors were great, the animation was awesome, and everything else was flawless. Please, keep 'em coming! And the ending, whew! I had to hold back the tears, man!

AMAZING!!!!!
aduder - 10/25/2011, 4:27 AM
That was my first real intro to the ultimate spider-man. I bought one of the first issues and never really got into it..and I'm glad I didn't, Iceman and the torch seemed stupid the green goblin seemed way over the top. And as far as deaths go, I thought the death of Harry Osbourne in spectacular #200 was alot more emotional.
aduder - 10/25/2011, 4:27 AM
voice acting was good though.
joejoelittle - 10/25/2011, 5:50 AM
wow, you guys did and incredible job with this! I'd buy it and own it :) keep up the great work!! I'd love to see more from you, I love these things!!
