Personally I think Peter Berg gave the best answer. Tentatively titled "Batman vs. Superman", the follow up to Man Of Steel is directed by Zack Snyder from a story by David Goyer and screenplay by Chris Terrio, and stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Gal Gadot, Diane Lane, Tao Okamoto, Callan Mulvey, with Holly Hunter, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons and Ray Fisher. As of right now, the film is scheduled for release on May 6, 2016.

Whomever Eisenberg picks, you KNOW Grif's going the other way.

I love both Superman and Batman equally, but Batgod has already had his time to shine so... SUPERMAN.

Someone find me the picture of Batman kneeling in front of his parent's grave with Clark putting a hand on his shoulder to comfort him.

@BatManiac

I remember an interview with Eisenberg and the IT Crowd guy. His reaction when the topic came up is damn funny on reflection XP
Klone - 4/25/2014, 4:05 AM
It's a shame a great character like Superman receives hate because people are [frick]ing ignorant.

@BatManiac

Hope you don't mind me asking, but what are your top five Superman stories and your top five Batman stories? And WW too if you want.
Klone - 4/25/2014, 4:11 AM
@BatManiac

I mean solo stories, like for Batman the stories like Long Halloween, etc. and for Superman stuff like Birthright, etc.
Brainiac13 - 4/25/2014, 4:11 AM
Both for me!!!
Klone - 4/25/2014, 4:13 AM
@DIAMOND

Well, that's good, but Superman has been written to be even more complex than what you've seen in MoS. I'll gladly give you a list of the best Superman stories out there to go through.

@G3n3r4l

Lol true. But still, the whole Superman thing is more about how people perceived him. I used to hate Superman because I went off of the perception everyone has of him based off of the Reeve films, that he's boring and perfect and lame.

By the way, one very underrated means of hurting Superman is using Krypton metals. They could always have Luthor create bullets, knifes, etc. out of the metals taken from Zod's ships for his LexCorp soldiers to use against Superman. Only saying, not everything has to be GK.

After seeing "Man of Steel," I prefer Supes.
BITEMEFANBOY - 4/25/2014, 4:21 AM
Superman is the greatest and most inspirational superhero ever.
I literally cried after I read this story line. No comic book has ever made me cry before, like this one did.

Also, Kingdom Come was awesome! :)

@Goku

THANK YOU! I've been looking for that for a while! I wanted to create a sketch for the second to last scene in my DCU that takes place there so I needed a basic layout. Thaks!

@DIA

-Birthright
-For The Man Who Has Everything
-All-Star Superman
-Whatever Happened To The Man of Tomorrow?
-Superman for All Seasons
-Man of Steel (John Bryne reboot. Interesting to see a lot of modern Superman elements derive from)
-Kingdom Come (Superman is the central character)
-What's So Funny About...

That's only a couple of the top of my head.

I don't put mine in order exactly, but The Long Halloween would probably be my number one. That or Year One.
Klone - 4/25/2014, 4:28 AM
@G3n

Cool. But a reason why a lot of people hate Superman now is because they find Reeve's Superman as a character boring and they think that is Superman 100%.
kalelhawj - 4/25/2014, 4:28 AM
Seems like people have the wrong perception of Superman. If anything we all are more related to Clark kent struggling to find a pace in this world. Looking to one day be like Superman, go anywhere can do anything...
Klone - 4/25/2014, 4:30 AM
"trainued mi enture liffe 2 mmastur mi zensuz i where did u train >? on a FUARMH!?"

Ugh, [frick] sake Zod your dialogue is making my ears bleed.
loki668 - 4/25/2014, 4:31 AM
I know that, for Batman, preparation is everything but how do you prepare for someone who can throw the moon at you, without you ever seeing them?

BlanketMan - 4/25/2014, 4:32 AM
Hey, Orlando BLOOMS, maybe you should learn how to pronounce the name of Christopher REEVE since you're such a big fan...
nikgrid - 4/25/2014, 4:32 AM
What I take away from this is that most celebrities know [frick] all about comic characters....even the famous ones.

I also think it's funny that Peter Berg wouldn't know how to make a superhero fight interesting on screen LOL!
Klone - 4/25/2014, 4:32 AM
@G3n

I did too until I started to get to know about the actual character outside of the films and how complex he is.
Klone - 4/25/2014, 4:33 AM
The only answer that annoyed me was Radcliffe's strong, strong ignorance.
loki668 - 4/25/2014, 4:34 AM
So, based on my above argument, I choose Batman.

BITEMEFANBOY - 4/25/2014, 4:35 AM
nikgrid - 4/25/2014, 4:38 AM
Superman is an interesting character because he is more human than Batman; who was actually born here. Superman relates to people better than Bruce Wayne.

Superman is a harder character to write, it takes a VERY good writer to write Superman well. However when he is written well (Mark Waid for example...) he can be a damn good read.
