SNL's Maya Rudolph Joins Disney's BIG HERO 6
As we continue to find out which actors will bring life to the superhero team in the upcoming Marvel/Disney animated feature, the latest confirmed cast member in Saturday Night Live comedienne Maya Rudolph. More past the jump.
Joining T.J. Miller (Silicon Valley) as Fredzilla and Jamie Chung (Sin City: A Dame To Kill For) as Go Go Tomago in Big Hero 6 will be Maya Rudolph as..well, we're not sure yet. The Wrap report that the actress/comedienne has signed on to voice a character in the upcoming Disney/Marvel animated collaboration, but don't reveal which one. Anyone familiar with the remaining team members care to hazard a guess? Chris Williams (Bolt) and Don Hall (Winnie the Pooh) direct Big Hero 6, which focuses on "brilliant robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who finds himself in the grips of a criminal plot that threatens to destroy the fast-paced, high-tech city of San Fransokyo. With the help of his closest companion — a robot named Baymax — Hiro joins forces with a reluctant team of first-time crime fighters on a mission to save their city." The CG-animated flick hits theaters in 3D on November 7, 2014.
