According to The Wrap, ex-Company Agent Noah Bennett will be showing up in NBC's Heroes Reborn, which is currently set to air on NBC in 2015.   The character will once again be played by actor Jack Coleman (Castle, Scandal, The Office).  Series creator andshowrunner, Tim Kring (Touch, Crossing Jordan), a sci-fi mainstay, is returing to executive produce 13 episodes of the reboot (can we call it a reboot still if HRG is coming back?).  Prior to the series' premiere sometime in 2015, NBC will reveal details on the show via an online digital miniseries.  Stay tuned to CBM for more updates and casting announcements for the next chapter in the Heroes franchsie.

I hope they kick ass with these set of entries.

Bring back Masi and Sendhil and the lot!

Shame the writers strike is what ruined the show.
Kyos - 6/16/2014, 6:48 PM
Well, he was probably the character that I was most pleased with during the whole show, although he did some stupid stuff (like all the other characters).

Although it's been so long now I barely remember any details. Still, definitely one of my favourite characters. Bennett and The Haitian were an awesome team!
HurricaneXavier - 6/16/2014, 6:58 PM
I heard that a huge issue was the Network not allowing Tim Kring to kill off certain characters because they were stars also caused the problems with the show.
dancingmonkey08 - 6/16/2014, 6:58 PM
Its just an idea, but will this show be set in a world after Claire revealed her powers to everyone

Maybe it will re-use the plot of Season 1 and follow a new set of characters who are finding their powers for the first time, but this time around, these characters are living in a world where everyone knows about the phenomenon of super-human powers. It could look into some cool X-Men-like ideas of people hiding their powers because there are so many anti-superhuman groups

So, the series would techically be a restart, as it follows a bunch of brand new characters unconnected to the originals, but its still set in the Heroes universe

Basically, doing a Doctor Who on it, set in the same continuity as the previous version of the series, but restarting it so it doesnt scare away new viewers with its complicated backstory

I hope this will be the story

It would also explain how Noah is back, maybe hes gone back to hunting down dangerous superhumans. Bring back the mystery of HRG, without all that added Claire bullshit

mann i remember when the internet coined the term "HRG" Horned rimmed glasses when we didnt know who he was yet in season 1 lol memoriess
TheIncredibleHulksta - 6/16/2014, 6:59 PM
WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOO!

Bring on that mediocre storytelling and cheesy dialogue.

Heroes was like a reaaaalllly grounded and modernized xmen. I loved it before it got bad. It proves that maybe an x men tv series can exist. Although, Heroes kind of set he precedent for that type of x men series. Heroes and Smallville started the comic boom tv show beginnings. Without them, idk where we'd be. It's like x men and batman and blade kick starting the CBM craze.
Nomis - 6/16/2014, 7:06 PM
AWESOME! Loved his character as HRG "Horned Rim Glasses".

I always thought he would make a great HENRY GYRICH!

Batmantis - 6/16/2014, 7:08 PM
Season one was so good and then it got sooooo bad.
JillyMcBeam - 6/16/2014, 7:31 PM
Sylar or GTFO
Mrsinister - 6/16/2014, 7:31 PM
The writers strike killed this show.
JaySin420 - 6/16/2014, 7:40 PM
Ok, now I'm excited.

I'm guessing Sylar and Claire are too busy for this, and they probably won't want Hiro back cause time travel caused a lot of issues.

But I'd love to see Peter back, just a few characters from the old show I think would be good.
TheRationalNerd - 6/16/2014, 7:49 PM
Seasons 1 and 2 were actually my favorites. Sylar's role in season 2 was cool and that future episode with Peter and Claire's ancestor kiking a$$ together was too dope.

TheRationalNerd - 6/16/2014, 7:49 PM
*kicking*
ComicFan523 - 6/16/2014, 7:53 PM
Season one was great but it went downhill really quickly afterwards. This show's third season has got to be the worst season of any show I've ever seen. Season four was okay but it was too little too late. I hope this reboot or requel or whatever it is turns out well.
ManCalledSting - 6/16/2014, 8:56 PM
Nomis: Nice!!!!!!! Gyrich needs movie love. Personally, I'd would have preferred Henry Gyrich in Strykers role in X2/ beyond. That would have left the religiously crazed Stryker for another bad guy.
BlackIceJoe - 6/16/2014, 10:05 PM
Maybe I'm the only one but I really wanted a complete new cast. Hopefully the rest will be new.
EthanSmith - 6/16/2014, 10:18 PM
@Nomis

Gyrich was technically in the first X-Men:

So he's dead.
EthanSmith - 6/16/2014, 10:19 PM
Because Mystique killed him.
JediPhilosopher - 6/16/2014, 10:36 PM
I don't see any point unless this will take place after Claire has revealed her power to the world.
ShadesAtKnightII - 6/16/2014, 11:37 PM
He's the one character I thought they should bring back. Awesome news!
CherryBomb - 6/17/2014, 1:35 AM
I can get behind this.
Although we had way too much Claire in the last show, so I hope she doesn't return necessarily, well in a smaller role:
COREYxYEROC - 6/17/2014, 2:59 AM
the last character i wanted back... announce peter from season 1 (lol) and evil sylar and i will be happy.
Tempo - 6/17/2014, 3:53 AM
Very good news but now I want Sylar back!
jdillander91 - 6/17/2014, 4:07 AM
My favorite character is back! Love Jack Coleman hopefully more will be back too.
Cap1 - 6/17/2014, 4:54 AM
@EthanSmith none of that happened remember, DOFP??
Nubase - 6/17/2014, 5:28 AM
it was the cheerleader that ruined the show, it became the cheerleader show when it should of stayed on the path of seasons 1 and 2, l hope now they keep it real sinister cos this show should have became a real hit
JorL5150 - 6/17/2014, 5:53 AM
NOW I'm interested

He was he coolest dark horse mystery character on the show
Nomis - 6/17/2014, 6:17 AM
@ ManCalledSting - Agreed. I like Stryker as the religous television fanatic AS HE IS I THE COMICS, than a miliatry commander that gave Wolverine his claws!

@ EthanSmith - Yeah, I know. However, I don't consider those movies as "X-Men" movies Bur Bryan Singer's bastardsized version of my favorite Marvel team and hate them with the passion of a thousands white hot suns!

So I was talking about if they are one day reverted back to Marvel's care and rebooted and done right, then he would be a good Gyrich.
J0RELLC00LJ - 6/17/2014, 6:51 AM
Sweet, one of the better characters of the show. @Dio- yeah it did suck when the writers strike took alot of momentum out of the show. Here's hoping we don't run into another one. Now get "the Hatian" on board with him, then you would only need original cast to make little cameos here and there. My biggest beef with the show is when they severely nerfed Peter, after he met his father... big WTF?! there.
gregmeister - 6/17/2014, 7:26 AM
What the writers need to do is watch Misfits .
sprovo - 6/17/2014, 7:36 AM
My guess is it follows a second eclipse. The reasoning behind the old characters not being around is either they died or have become Super Heroes and are very busy during that time with whatever.

Create a bigger story in the background using the old names and follow the story of new characters dealing with smaller scale stuff.
sprovo - 6/17/2014, 7:39 AM
And yes the writers strike killed this show but the traveling carnival story line buried it.

Can't go from the story of Peter's Dad to the story of the perv from Prison Break running a super powered carnival.
Hyatus - 6/17/2014, 9:23 AM
I love Zachary Quinto's acting, and he was great as Sylar. That being said, no more Sylar. There was nothing more to unravel with his character, and the later storylines, where the writers kept trying to redeem him, fell flat.
JorL5150 - 6/17/2014, 11:36 AM
Did that blonde ever get Nekkid in anything?
