Brad Pitt Beyonce Natalie Portman pick super powers

To promote the release of Man of Steel on blu-ray and dvd, a few celebrities were asked what superpower they would like to possess if they had their choice. Beyonce picked invisibility. ""I would like to be able to disappear so that I can watch people without being seen."

Thor: The Dark World's Natalie Portman picked invisibility as well. "Probably invisibility. I don't know why but I guess we get used to being looked at a lot so it would be nice to escape that once in a while."

Thor himself, Chris Hemsowrth, was also asked and he admitted he's envious of the Time Lords on Doctor Who. "That's an easy one - time travel. Why not? I'd go back a hundred years and check things out, or two hundred, or more. Why not? What an expedition!"

Brad Pitt was also asked what superpower he'd like to have but the 12 Years A Slave actor said he didn't need one. "Superpowers? Oh no, I don't need any, thank you. I'm a father-of-six ... a dad. Believe me, when you are a dad, that comes with superpowers."

This article is doomed. "Beyonce for Sue Storm" jokes will lead to flame war over racial comments and general Foxtastic Four hate in 3, 2, 1...

"Choose." The act of making a selection or decision is "choose" not "pick." Pick is the physical act of grabbing or seizing something, like fruit or an object.

Of course, Brad Pitt had the douchiest comment of all.

"Superpowers? Oh no, I don't need any, thank you."

They said pick a power, not do you want one or not.

"Invisibility, because it's hard making millions of dollars and not being able to be topless on a nude beach without some paparazzi snapping a picture of me."

Cry me a river, celebrities.

Redx42 - 12/3/2013, 9:49 PM

NovaCorpsFan - 12/3/2013, 11:59 PM
Thr answer is 40 years, what is the question?

Is it how long would I happily follow Beyonce up an impossibly tall ladder?
MsDarkPhoenix - 12/4/2013, 2:06 AM
Natalie and Chris are promoting DC, Kevin Feige must be so proud of them!

I don't want a super power, I just want to know how comes all the super heroines are able to take care of their family, look hot all the time and then go out and save the world like it's a normal [frick]ing job!!! When do they find the time to do everything??
MightyZeus - 12/4/2013, 2:11 AM
If i had a super power it would be healing factor
Pyreezy - 12/4/2013, 2:16 AM
Superspeed and teleportation of am sick of being patient
TheOneAboveAll - 12/4/2013, 2:45 AM
The greatest superpower someone could have would be personal and non-personal time control. Being able to stop yourself from aging, and being able to control time completely in any situation. Being able to stop 1 or two things specifically or even stop all air flow in a certain place or being bale to stop a couple dozen people from aging. Being able to stop a spot in time and being able to see everything about that moment while your aging is stopped and being able to read everything possible and then unpauseing that moment.
TheOneAboveAll - 12/4/2013, 2:46 AM
You could also accelerate the aging of a rock by a million years and have it turn to dust
MrNiklander - 12/4/2013, 3:24 AM
Brad Pitt back in the 90s would have made an awesome ThorBrad Pitt rumored as Thor or heck even Captain America
NitPicker - 12/4/2013, 4:04 AM

JossWeedOnMe - 12/4/2013, 5:06 AM

JediPhilosopher - 12/4/2013, 7:09 AM
Wolverine's healing would be awesome. To never die of natural causes. To live for as long as you want to live. To learn all you want to learn and benefit humanity beyond what anyone before you ever was able to with such short lives. To never worry about running out of time to do all the things you might want to do. To never worry about what on you will break down first and the pain it will cause you before you die from it. To know no government can use its control of healthcare against you as a means of further control of every aspect of your life.
JediPhilosopher - 12/4/2013, 7:10 AM
With eternal good health, you could actually set goals like "invent the time machine" and have a fair chance of accomplishing them. From there, the possibilities become limitless.
