2nd comment in a STAR WARS thread is like Snyder won....

Who thought the DCCU would have more hype then STAR WARS....

megabatfan - 6/9/2014, 7:58 AM
To be honest, the only Star Wars spin offs i'd be interested in seeing are ones that will focus on characters & events during the 30 year period between Episode Vi & Episode VII.
FastFlames - 6/9/2014, 8:01 AM
Batman/Superman news??
MrChuff - 6/9/2014, 8:01 AM
Ever since the Lucasfilm handover and rumours of standalone movies I've been saying Obi Wan needs a solo "wandering Jedi" type film starring Ewan McGregor.... With the right direction and a decent serious, gritty tone it could kick all kinds of ass.
GeneralZod1138 - 6/9/2014, 8:01 AM
I'd love to see an Obi Wan spin off.

Ewan McGregor was one of the only good things that came from the PT.
Jollem - 6/9/2014, 8:02 AM
BatmanIsBaddest - 6/9/2014, 8:07 AM
@MrChuff

Seconded.

I'd like more films involving some of the prequel cast.
MantiniuMan - 6/9/2014, 8:13 AM
New STAR WARS stories please...

The galaxy or universe is bigger then 6 characters....

Something new....
MantiniuMan - 6/9/2014, 8:15 AM
New Jedi
New sith
New story...
New STAR WARS films....
New....not going back..
let's hope they get there...
Gusto - 6/9/2014, 8:17 AM
I wouldn't mind seeing a Greedo spin off...

batz11 - 6/9/2014, 8:18 AM
^ I'd shoot first if I saw her, so damn beautiful...
Nigrutin - 6/9/2014, 8:19 AM
@Gusto Jesus Christ what's up with you and your ugly ass pictures..
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:20 AM
@ gusto -

Only rob zombie could make the film you're talking about
batz11 - 6/9/2014, 8:21 AM
TowerOfOrthanc - 6/9/2014, 8:25 AM
unlikely but it would be really cool if kyle katarn was in vii, helping luke out somehow
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:25 AM
Ewan as obi wan on a "lost mission" would be cool- like a sidequel or in betweenquel

Maybe he checks in with yoda and finds out that the kyber crystal is stolen by boba fett or something

There needs to be a female lead spin off at some point. Honestly, it should be the first three ...but that does not seem likely. A Mara Jade or post Jedi Princess Leia flick or something.
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:27 AM
I'm doing an erotica spinoff-

I'm a Jedi master - and flo from progressive is my Jedi mistress - it's a forbidden love kind of story and we have sex to "duel of the fates "
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:28 AM
She plays "princess comeoniwannalayya"
ABH1979 - 6/9/2014, 8:28 AM
I agree that "wandering Jedi" Obi-Wan movie really, really needs to be made...

And yes, Ewan absolutely deserves a second chance (at being in a good Star Wars movie).
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:28 AM
"Cumoniwannlaiyu"

"Cuminwhenilayya"

Something like that. Script needs another pass.
MrChuff - 6/9/2014, 8:29 AM
@BatmanIsBaddest

A lot of the prequel cast I could happily never see again on film but McGregor was so invested in the part despite it being woefully underwritten.
Anyone who's seen any of the BTS features on the prequels can see he was 100% committed to the role.

Like the video above says - an Unforgiven style, wandering Obi Wan, wracked with guilt for what happened between him and Anakin, living the life of a hermit and occasionally kicking huge amounts of ass on the sly so as not to get noticed by the Empire.... I'd pay through the ass to see that.
Medallo - 6/9/2014, 8:30 AM
You know, maybe it's me getting old and starting to get into the whole "back in the day" or "they don't make them like they used to" BUT I'm not really interested in the Skywalkers anymore. We had 6 movies about them. Time to let them have their happily ever after. No more origin stories or prequels for the characters from the original trilogy.

I want new characters and settings non related to the original trilogy. Do something like the Old Republic or KOTOR. Episode VII should have been set in the wayyyyy tooo distant future.

Oh well, maybe it's just me; time to get my rocking chair and spend the afternoon yelling at those kids on my yard.
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:32 AM
Star Wars is made of mythological archetypes -

So I have this scene where a sith puts flo as "cumminwhenilaya" into like a coma and then we do the whole Snow White and he seven dwarves schtick and these seven jaws get to prong her to wake her up.

Lucky bastard midgets! Seven twerps flailing away on that superfine filly.
ndwwrestler2 - 6/9/2014, 8:32 AM
Kenobi & Knights Of The Old Republic are the top two I want to see right now.
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:33 AM
@yoss -

Hungover ?
McGee - 6/9/2014, 8:35 AM
drunkenjunk - 6/9/2014, 8:42 AM
I want Ewan Mcgregor to do an old Ben movie. He was the best part of the prequels.
TheWolfman - 6/9/2014, 8:42 AM
See, I found a pic of Gal Gadot in her Wonder Woman outfit but it looks like her head was photoshopped on... No luck yet...
DatNerdyKid - 6/9/2014, 8:43 AM
@ Jollem I had no idea the films were re-touched again in 2009, let alone the 'Hologram Emperor' scene in Episode V was changed so that the hood was less Episode III-esque. I can't find anything about it on the internet, could you tell me what's going on? :P
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:43 AM
No way I want anyone but Harrison as solo- none of this young Indy shit

We already had "young Indiana jones " for fram sake
JorL5150 - 6/9/2014, 8:45 AM
Spaceballs 3:
The search for space balls 2
